Drive-through rude and very disrespectful
They make my order wrong and were rude

Took care of our group AND a bunch of high schoolers that came through behind us. Just wish their PA system was better for crowds

Just went do Braum’s and they completely forgot to put chicken in the dinner combo.

Great clean location.

Both our mixes weren’t mixed well, both having unmixed vanilla yogurt filling the bottom half the cup. Also our freeze (sprite and sherbet) wasn’t filled up all the way. Very sad.

Had their jalapeño burger with a water, it was good.

I bought a box of 4 pecan Carmel fudge sundaes from the grocery section and a tub of ice cream. The box only had 3 in it! And the tub of ice cream was busted on the side. Should have wore my glasses and I will next time so I can do a quality control inspection on everything I buy. One time I ordered a mix from here with extra toffee and they did not put extra toffee in it. This place is such a disappointment and waste of time. Braums really needs a quality control manager. Bill would be rolling over in his grave.

Well just astonished that me and my girlfriend woke up craving a shake at 545am so I of course am the one that woke up got dressed really quick and headed up to Braun’s (it’s only 1 block away) BUT today after braving the 25 degree temps I pulled in the lights on drive through we’re on my clock said 555 am, I sat for 2 min no one came on speaker, so I pulled to second window and waited 2 minutes before a girl blonde hair popped her head around and ran away then about 30 secs later she peeked out again and I waved her over and I said when do you guys open I needed 2 shakes, by that time a brown haired girl came up next to her they told me open time is at 600am! I said what time is it 5:57 they said and closed the door to the drive thru. Lmfao I’ve been in the restaurant Industry my whole life have a degree in foodservice management owned a restaurant and managed for years and I would never train my employees to pull that crap! BTW I could keep going on, but enough details. That should be enough for the manager to coach them on how to handle that situation. I came home WITH no shakes because of how rude they were. So that’s the story so instead of sipping a shake I’m writing this and my girlfriend is pissed cause McDonald’s has no ice cream so we are screwed. Anyway Hospitality Buisness requires Hospitality!

Their desserts are consistently delicious! We regularly get a custom candy bar Sundae and the Banana split 😋

Braum’s has become the home for reduced quality and higher prices year over year.

Their online ordering for curbside is down, they won’t sell half gallon of milk at the drive thru. I can’t go inside because my toddlers are sick. Very frustrating!! Please change this policy when your curbside ordering is down!!!

This morning I went to get breakfast for my family and ur employee give me the wrong order and when I went to approach her she insulted me and refused to change my order and I am very upset and disappointed this morning
