Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

Just came in for coffee. They were out. The wait person made a fresh pot but when it first started coming out of the filter he put my cup under it which made it 10 times as strong as it should have been. I had to end up throwing it away. Next time a fresh pot of coffee is made make sure that a customer cup doesn't get filled right from the filter but wait until the entire reservoir is filled to get a better blend

The worst braum's on planet earth!!! I ordered large fries & it came only half of the cup!!! The poppyseed salad only had 2 pieces of pineapple and 2 pieces of strawberry & 1 piece of blueberry!!! What was it??? A joke???? It should have 12 pcs of strawberry, the blueberry should b aranged circling the salad bowl as so the pineapple!!! and they're all should b arranged beautiful NOT like an employee was pissed by the boss and threw it on the salad!!! I can't believe it!!! The area manager should look at this!! They have beautiful store, 2 drive thru lanes (which is perfect) everything was perfect til it comes to the food which supposed to be the best but they failed it BIG TIME!!! NEVER WILL I RETURN TO THIS LOCATION!!!! Other locations have full packed of salad & when I ordered large fries it was really full NOT just half!!!

The service is always timely and the restaurant is kept clean. But the best is the ice cream!🙌🙂

Frist time at this location and needless to say not a good experience. Store is dirty and no one is trying to clean up anything. For a newly built store this is not good.

Great service! I came in tonight around 7 at the drive thru, and accidentally drove off without getting my shake. I had to stop in the parking lot of a neighboring store to grab something between my seat, and I hear someone running towards my truck, and this kid ran my shake all the way over to me to make sure I didn’t leave without it! I’m not sure what his name was, but that kid deserves a raise, and I was very appreciative that he went the extra mile (almost literally) to make sure I got all of my order! Thanks again!

Omg never in my life have I had the worst food!! By the time I got my 2 drinks my food was ready (that's not a good thing when its ready that fast )
Buns soggy every burger was made wrong and only one was supposed to be no tomatoes no lettuce geez bacon was made yesterday lol
And you walk in and I swear the mopped with syrup
Not going back ever
This wasn't the 1st time
Thought I would give them another chance boy I was wrong!!

I would honestly give this place zero stars if it was possible the service was horrible. The food was trash. My order was wrong. I sat in the drive-through for over 10 minutes while they serve the other drive-through multiple times. Do not recommend.

The manager here is garbage!!! He couldn’t even solve the problem I had and it was trivial!!! How are you leading a team and can’t set a good example for them???

We frequent this Braums and have not had issues before like this. We came through the drive thru and ordered two meals with shakes. I was asked to pull forward and wait for my shakes, no big deal. I waited about 5 mins and was brought two liquified shakes. I pulled back around to the window and asked for shakes not liquified, the guy (manager I’m assuming by his attire) says not one word and grabs them from me and I proceed to wait about another 5 mins. One of the workers opens the window as there are customers behind me now and asks if I can pull forward and I said I’d rather not after the last time, she proceeds to roll her eyes and shit the window. I eventually am handed again liquified shakes and just drive off because clearly what else is there to do other than them being unable to make a shake while our food continues to get cold. It was only 2 of us for lunch but when we frequent this place as a family of 5 and spend $ to have this kind of experience. Im hoping it’s a fluke but don’t plan on returning after being treated like I was the problem…. I’m almost weary to even let my 5 yr old drink the shake because why is it like this???

Literally the worst Braums on this side of OKC. Took my kids in for ice cream, the kid working the counter couldn’t understand what a brownie fudge sundae was and tried to put in a cone, and when he did figure it out he didn’t put anything on it just a cup with a brownie stuffed into it and a scoop of ice cream. When he finished destroying that he just walked to the Regis and rang it all up, so I guess none of the rest of us were allowed to order anything. This isn’t the first time this kind of thing has happened here, either. I’ve been consistently disappointed with braums over that last couple years but this one is on another level.
