Good food at reasonable prices, especially these days. I wished they did something about the flies though.

The staff we encountered today was incredibly unfriendly and unkind. Customer service can either make or break a business. Do better.

hey Braums, we visited your restaurant this evening at 5 pm (8/30/25)-- we ordered 2 #1 combos and the burger meat was so dry.. the meat looked like it had been left over from lunch.. I would expect at 5 pm as the beginning of dinner time, that the burger meat would be freshly cooked.... if this is what we can expect from the future, no thanks.. I will continue to go to Whataburger...

I waited on the outside line and 5 cars on the inside line proceed to pass me. I went inside and waited for another 30 minutes till I got my order. When I received my order, it was wrong. I told one of the people working that it was wrong and needed to be corrected. They proceeded to tell me they were to busy to fix my order! This is UNACCEPTABLE!!! Will never go to that location again!

One time I went in the drive thru and this person that sounded like a teenager was taking my order with a rude tone. Then I went inside because they forgot something and one of the coworkers who I think was named derrion said some unacceptable things to me. They made racist comments about me being black, even though he’s the same skin color!! Can you believe it? And thats not all! He threw ketchup packets at me and told me to get out!! How rude 0/10 would NOT recommend.

Soooo filthy. The top of the drink dispenser and ice machine are caked in dust. There’s always a million flies. Tables are sticky and the floors in the dining and shop are dirty enough you can see shoe prints.

We go here all the time and you guys continue to short me of an item half the time. It was around 9pm and it was a bacon cheeseburger meal plain.. a bacon cheeseburger plain just the burger and 2 chicken strip meals. Didn’t get the 2nd burger. It happens a lot. Out like 30 dollars to u guys. I know people make mistakes but I’m tired of going without dinner. I shouldn’t have to check my bad

We order here quite often. Usually they are great and our food is correct and hot. However, tonight was not up to par. I always get Braum's sauce, but this time they only gave me one and it was half full! My son's chicken sandwich wasn't made right, either. Plain chicken sandwich, they still put lettuce and tomato on it. I get they are busy, but for the money we pay we expect our food to be right and the portions to be full.

This is how you know your food is “fresh and hot”.. the American cheese is solid piece of cheese and burrito is ice cold.
