Quick and food was good but lobby could use a cleaning but gave them a pass due to being right after lunch rush
Nice employees. Generally very quick to get ice cream and food out to customers. Generally able to find basic grocery items in the store.
I ordered a Hawaiian grilled chicken sandwich. Was parked because they needed to make said sandwich but was still given a hamburger patty?
Fresh & hot food as well as grocery items. Very convenient.
Worst braums around! Dirty and the employees are rude!
They accidentally charged me twice for our order and getting a refund. Was like the act of Congress, the managers. They are hardly manager material. Most of them didn't even know what to do to fix it . I spoke with a Brandon, a Carlos and a karen...and the ones I did speak with were very rude and unhelpful.
We ordered 2 single dip sugar cones, we paid at the first window. There were several cars in front of us and by the time we got to the second window or cone's were dripping. I took mine but the driver ask for a new cone cause he couldn't drive with ice cream dropping all over him.
They shouldn't have prepared those cones till we got to the window - poor training, poor planning and poor service!
Very convenient to have a small food market close to home.

This particular Braum's RARELY EVER!!! and I do mean RARELY gets your order correct, even if it's just one thing like a drink or a Sunday. No exaggeration, I probably went 5 separate visits through the drive thru in a row without getting my correct order. FYI... If you order a hot fudge Sunday be aware and check it because it will BARELY have any hot fudge every time!!... LIKE ALMOST None 😬
