We order here quite often. Usually they are great and our food is correct and hot. However, tonight was not up to par. I always get Braum's sauce, but this time they only gave me one and it was half full! My son's chicken sandwich wasn't made right, either. Plain chicken sandwich, they still put lettuce and tomato on it. I get they are busy, but for the money we pay we expect our food to be right and the portions to be full.
Every time i come in here to shop, i always look forward to seeing Siana! She is truly the sweetest & makes my day every time. She’s the BEST!!!! She’s the reason i mostly shop here for my groceries than Walmart! This store is absolutely lucky to have her as an employee!!
This particular Braum's RARELY EVER!!! and I do mean RARELY gets your order correct, even if it's just one thing like a drink or a Sunday. No exaggeration, I probably went 5 separate visits through the drive thru in a row without getting my correct order. FYI... If you order a hot fudge Sunday be aware and check it because it will BARELY have any hot fudge every time!!... LIKE ALMOST None 😬
