This particular Braum's RARELY EVER!!! and I do mean RARELY gets your order correct, even if it's just one thing like a drink or a Sunday. No exaggeration, I probably went 5 separate visits through the drive thru in a row without getting my correct order. FYI... If you order a hot fudge Sunday be aware and check it because it will BARELY have any hot fudge every time!!... LIKE ALMOST None 😬

I have received very good service here. Ice cream is amazing. Tuxedo sundae and soft frozen yogurt are my favorites. Hamburgers are ok. I got one that bread was so hot and gummy from I guess being microwaved. Only once a lady in drive thru was rude. I waited in drivethru no one came on speaker so I drove up. Lady wanted me to drive back around and order. No one was in line. So I left. Other than that I have had good service

I had such an amazing experience at Braums tonight! I didn't have my bank card with me so I went to grab my debit card and was about to remove the cheeseburger from my order when the kind man at the drive-thru window that took my order…. paid for my entire meal and handed me my receipt . I was so shocked and touched by his generosity! It's not every day you come across such kindness. Thank you for turning my day around – I'll definitely...
