I ordered a hamburger at 10:30 and fries and onion rings and the fries came out cold and the onion rings were cold. They were like old they were not good at all. The hamburger was not good this place I would never I will never go to again this is the second time that I’ve dealt with this Burger King. I don’t know if it’s franchise owned or corporate, but it needs desperate management and help.

i’ll be honest i want to like burger king but ive only ordered from this place twice and both times they forgot multiple items on my order and food is freezing cold like literally questionably safe to eat cold. and aren’t chicken fries supposed to be straight? why are all mine crooked? yall need help fr. 😭

Service was horrible. Seating area and lobby were dirty. I've seen cleaner bathrooms at truck stops. The manager girl working the drive through finally came over to take my order.And I was the only one there with my wife and grandson that is two years old. The girl in the back with the blue hair made our food, but nobody upfront wanted to give it to me for over fifteen minutes. And when I finally asked for it, the manager girl with the copper colored hair got in a screaming match with the girl in the back with the blue hair and were cussing at each other. Some guy in the back came out to the front and moved slower than a sloth.From zootopia finally gave me my food that I had to point out to him. By that time, my food wasn't exactly hot.And the burgers weren't cooked all the way either on my double whopper. I used to live in yukon and went to that burger.King all the time, this is by far the worst experience.I have ever had. Management needs to go in there and clean house and clean the restaurant. There is tons of drive through, so those people wouldn't actually know what's going on inside.

Service was terrible. Order took forever to get out. They were out of almost everything to drink on the fountain machine. They said they were out of many items from the menu as well. Come to find out they were not out of some of the things, they just did not restock. They went and found it in the back after everything was made. Food was cold and hard when we finally got it. Almost as if the nuggets have been sitting there for hours. They were no where near busy. We were one of four customers. Only one customer was in drive-thru. They were completely unorganized from the front line to the kitchen staff. Young man on the front line kept his back to the counter 90% of the time so he did not have to deal with anyone. I will not ever return back to this location. It would have been less than one star had it have been an option. Honestly, I don't even think a full refund would have made it okay or better. Completely terrible. It is a shame. Burger Kings are hard to find and when you do, they are usually like this.
I do like the taste of their flame broiled burgers.

So check it out if I can put zero stars that’s what this place would get I got a double whooper with cheese and they didn’t get it right the first time so I took it back an the cook got mad because he had to remake it an put a pound of mayo on it An look at all that grease
