We have given this place several chances and have had not one good experience. We pass by on our way to work. Two times the doors were locked at a time they should have been open. All lights are on inside and out with people inside. One time hot food was not hot at all. This morning registers were not working and no hot food or baked foods at all. Not giving it another chance.

Good location and great gas prices but the gas pumps have been out of order the last five or six times I tried to fill up there.

At this location I’ve had several issues.1) The cashier being literally high and saying the machine was slow, so how much change does he owe me? Yes, asked me to do the math. I’ve been shorted $3+ dollars here and change 9/10 when I pay with cash because of this reason above or they “ran out of coins.” I didn’t verify on the spot because on these occasions, there’s always a huge line behind me, so I feel like the timing is intentional when this stuff happens.2) Most recently I was at the pump and was looking at my bank account when I noticed there was a $150 hold on my card immediately after just pumping $36 worth of gas. I was only looking at my bank account so I could make an ATM withdrawal after.I started taking pics for evidence for dispute purposes when I noticed I wasn’t even offered a receipt at the pump. I go inside 5 minutes later and the cashier had asked me how much did I pump so he could print out the receipt. It was very odd cuz I gave him the pump number and he acted like he still didn’t know the amount, so I had to tell him the amount.Tell me why right after I got my receipt the $150 hold magically disappeared from my bank account and reflected the correct pending amount of $36. That $150 pending charge stuck to my bank account the full 5 minutes until ironically I got a receipt. I was logging in and out of my bank account to make sure and yeah it was gone within seconds of getting a receipt.Never in my life had I have had that happen.It’s not fake card skimmers stealing peoples money, it’s the cashiers. My recommendation is to check your bank account before and immediately after using these pumps. And as crazy as it sounds, count your money at the counter before leaving the store.

Store says opens at 5am but it never does open at 5am. If you're gonna open at 5:30 then change your hours

I live less than 1/2 mile from Casey's which does make it convenient but I liked it better when it was circleK. The prices of everything have gone way up. Management is NOT friendly at all. Bathrooms always broken or filthy, greasy pizzas, lot full of trash, pumps deduct $100 off card for pay at pump until cleared. If I was giving advice I'd say go to 7-11 just 1 mile north, south, or west of this location.

I go here every day. I love all of the employees who work there. The location itself always seems to run out of stuff for days at times. It's like not enough is ordered or sent to the store. No way to clean windshields either. I hate to write this review about somewhere I visit daily but I tend to go to other locations if I'm not near home. I come here due to how close this location is and the fact I love the people at this location.

Went at 4am and the attendant on duty was so kind!

On a long road trip & needed to fuel up. Convenient location right off of I-40, so pulled in expecting to quickly get back on my way. Unfortunately, printer not working at pump so had to go inside & waste ten minutes. Additionally, was unable to clean windshield as EVERY basin was absolutely bone dry - is it too much to check a couple of times during a shift? So much for a quick stop.

I was in the store about 30 minutes prior, purchased some stuff and two packs of cigarette, they young man I think forgot to put the two packs in my bag. I tried to call to see if that is what happened but they do not answer the phone. I tried repeated attempts but answering the phone must not be a priority of management to teach their cashiers. Retail 101 is to answer the phone.

They really are an awful place to get anything , prices too high there is mold in the pop machines that's why there always down they are the old machines from when it was circle k, and the staff is always drunk or high up there that's why I quit.

Customer service is good. Employees are always nice. The store seems to be a bit out of order and lacking many price tags. The pizza is terrible. I've tried the over priced pizza at this location twice and now I will never eat Casey's food again. I just don't get the hype of Casey's stores.
