Usually your ice tea is good, but about two weeks ago i ordered some ice tea that tasted like it had been stored in a plasric bucket overnight and served the next day. I told the server about it, and she seemed reluctant to pass it on the management. Please check this out as your store has been great up to this point.
I've never been to this location before and, apparently, the other locations have spoiled me. This place was soooooooo sloooooooow.
If you lose the speed of Chick-fil-A, you start questioning if it is worth the price.

TERRIBLE service, paid for my meal and the app had a malfunction and they refused to give me my breakfast or refund. Manager acted like his hands were tied and he couldn’t take care of a paying customer. Maybe hire people who don’t cancel breakfast orders because they “don’t feel like doing it” or hire people who can handle fast food.

On a positive note, I don’t eat Chick-fil-A nearly as much as I used to because you guys suck. I use to just think the Northwest Expressway and Rockwell one was the worst. No you guys take the cake every single time I have to pull up not a big deal but the little manager is always super rude. Today I went during noon I knew it was gonna be busy but I waited in line for 20 minutes as the left lane kept flowing. I feel like this one has the worst service. The lady taking the order was nice but I don’t know why her line wasn’t moving. Then I get to the window and he gives me one bag and tries to rush me off and I’m like OK. Where’s the kids meal? Oh here you are! I just hate this Chick-fil-A. Not to mention the last two times I’ve gotten strips from you guys. I swear they just had that not fresh chicken smell. I couldn’t even eat it.

My sandwich wasn't up to par. This was the first time I received a sub-par sandwich from Chick-fil-A. Also, I asked for mayonnaise but got something else, I don't remember what it was. The chicken was overcooked, and the coating was a dark mahogany color. Perhaps the grease was too hot, or more likely, it needed to be changed. I guess I'll overlook this incident since it was the first time this has happened, as far as I can remember.

So I go to Chick-fil-A they don't have the people out there taking your order like they sometimes do it's just the two speakers one on each side and they're taking orders pretty regular until I get up to the speaker and then nothing I guess it's because they sent the order people out there but the thing is they just skipped over me and in line entirely so like three people went in front of me, maybe when cutting off the speaker like that you actually pay attention to who's in line.

Traveling and getting breakfast. The app reminds me it is my birthday and to get whatever entree I want on them. I share this with the person in the window. They refer it to a young manager who says it is good for a brownie or a cookie. Just what I want at 7:00am when their offer clearly says entree of my choice. Then the lady tells me they are out of coffee. Happy Birthday to me!

This restaurant asks you for your order but does not provide a menu. When asked, I was told the menu was inside. I was in the drive thru, nowhere near the menu. The employee rang up the driver’s order and did not take mine because there was no menu for me to look at! The driver got her meal and then Chik Fil A straight up lost my business because they didn’t have a menu. So pathetic.
This particular location was not honoring Veterans Day discounts in 2024, what a slap in the face as you're standing at the counter. At least she said it with a smile.
