I ordered from the Chili’s in Yukon, OK, through the app. When my DoorDash order arrived, the driver said the bag had ripped, so she placed the food in a Walmart bag. After bringing it inside, I realized my beef queso was missing.
I called the restaurant, and the To-Go rep said they’d check with the manager. They later told me the manager was too busy to help but would call me back. I left my number but never got a call.
I’ve had several issues with this location and others in the OKC metro. Chili’s used to have great service, but that’s no longer the case. I’ll be ordering from local restaurants instead—they value their customers more.

They rushed the food. The big mouth bites was pink in the middle. Egg rolls were not cut in half and were sloppy.

Do not use their curbside pick-up. You will not get notified and your food will be cold. As expensive as this food is, it's not worth this kind of hassle and they will lie to your face.
Response: I did notify you through your website and questionnaire with exactly what happened. No apology, just silence. A corporate "copy and paste" response should be telling and smart people will see right through it. Your company messed up and this hasn't been the first time. I normally don't say anything but this was the last time. I will waste my money elsewhere. Thanks! 😘

Chili’s is always one of our favorite places to go, but especially the one here in Yukon it’s local for us and every single time we have gone the service is phenomenal and the food is fresh and good. We love our local chilies. Keep up the good work staff you guys always have the best attitude

The hostess that led us to our seats was in a bad mood and rolled her eyes at us when we said thank you. Every other party she sat in our section after that asked to sit elsewhere when she would try to shove seven people in a two person table, to the extent that several complained to management before getting seated at appropriate tables. The good was good. Our server was excellent.
Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly at all. They've shoved too many tables close together and then the angry hostess kept shoving all the families in the same zone which left everyone nearly sitting on each other, and other neighboring tables.
Wheelchair accessibility: On a night like when we went, there's no way that anyone with wheelchair accessibility needs would be able to get anywhere in the restaurant. It's a fire disaster waiting to happen.

It was packed Friday night...duh. we waited maybe a little longer than maybe we wanted but our waitress was good, the noise was not bad for being packed and our food was all cooked right and tasted great. Can't go wrong with triple dipper.
BUT THEN A WEEK LATER... ordered chicken quesadilla explosion salad party platter because the rep in ADA brought it to us for lunch and it was amazing. I made sure to order it same way and size. Very disappointed here. The salad in ada had mixed greens but this one had iceburg lettuce and not good combo with the other items in this salad not to mention the chicken was much better and served warm on the salad in Ada and there was cheese. Theirs also had black beans. Idk this one. I hyped it up so much to my family and bummer. For 50.00 for salad.
