So line is super long, no people inside so inside I go. Stood there for a while waiting to be helped. Not 1 person but 2 ppl working there walked by me and just plain ignored me until a kind young lady walked over to help me. Sounds like City Bites need a better manager.

Went in for take out, only customer there and it took way to long. My order sat in window 5 minutes ,when they gave me my food they said we lost your ticket. Never apologized and the food was soggy and incorrect. Won't be back.

Every Italian had so much Mayo you couldn't taste anything else. Kids meal was soggy and fell apart, so did the turkey sandwich. They did get my extra cherry peppers though.

Visited on a Saturday at Noon when Yukon was hosting a special event across the street. Despite all of the activity, the crew was able to keep up and got our order with special request prepared very quickly.Baja grilled chicken salad was a great value for the price and was twice what it took to satisfy my appetite. Wife had the grilled cheese kid's meal and was also pleased.Yes, it is a little more expensive than the "other" sandwich place, but the quality is outstanding and the crew at this location is very friendly.

05/20/2024 Lunch. Lunch with a friend. I'm from Philly, so I tried a Philly cheesesteak. The cashier suggested having it on jalapeno bread, which I thought was a good choice. The bread added a bit of spice that I enjoyed. But overall, the sandwich reminded me of something you might get from subnway. It was nothing like you would find in Philly. A disappointing meal. Below par for me today.Excellent: Uniquely satisfying. A special place.Very Good: Better than expected.Avg: An everyday experience. Just OK.Fair: Below par. Dirty, smelly & or flies.

When you first walk in the floor was so dirty and sticky. This place hasn’t been kept up in years it’s dirty and gross. The least you could do if I have to pay $8 for a salad with just lettuce cucumber and tomato- you forgot my dressing and the tomatoes- is at least mop the floor. The quality of the food does not amount the high prices you are paying. Do not recommend.
