Always mess up my order and I’ve talked to Aspen and everyone still don’t do it right. Also they will never ever say sorry we messed up your order for the hundred time here is a free sandwich and your money back for having to drive way back up here. They will hold your money until you return the wrong food. I hate this place at this point. Plus bread was burnt .

I love this place! City Bites has been a favorite of mine since I was a teenager. My favorite sub is the cajun turkey sub. They still make it for me even though it isn't on the menu anymore. I love all the spuds they offer also. So good! If you go here, you must get a pumpkin spice cookie, no matter what the season is. I meet my friends here every so often for lunch. We always have a good time.

Ugh! Overpriced for what I got. Sub had very little meat and toppings. Bread was not heated on a 'hot' sub. Not a good deal or a repeat.

Place seemed rather dirty,floor and tables with some flies.Staff seemed ungrateful for our business.Baked broccoli potato way to salty,also turkey melt on wheat also too salty!
Love City Bites the restaurant, but don’t waste your time with this location. Service is poor and SLOW and the workers couldn’t care less.

This place can’t get your order right to save its life! I ordered two 6 inch sandwiches one just meat cheese salt and pepper. The other meat cheese grilled onions only salt and pepper. This is not a hard order but they mess it up every single time, so I want be going back. I’m pretty sure y’all know who I am too because you do it a lot!

Great food! While waiting for my order, I noticed the receipt said wheat instead of white bread. The cashier said that she'd make another one on white for free since they can't sell the one on wheat. Picked up my order and only one sandwich in the bag. -4 stars for lying.

Very slow!!! The employees are like skittish doggies. Talk quiet and reluctant, not quit the help you want for a popular business. The personality of the employees at this location do not coincide with the atmosphere decor. I remember when City Bites started at the people, the music, the decor and the food were all one awesome package. Now its just another sandwich spot.
