I really love coming here, but came here last night and today and both times the snow cones have had barely any syrup. I’m not sure if they have someone new but it really sucks paying for just half a cup of shaved ice and half a snow cone.

First time here! First off I’ll say Cassidy was super friendly & helpful and answered all of our questions!
We arrived around 7PM and they were not busy. Gave us time to ask questions. I didn’t even think about having cash on hand or being able to use a card. Luckily they accepted cards but has to be over $8. Now that summer is here I’ll be sure to keep cash in my car!
For as long as I can remember I always start out the Sno-Cone season with a Dreamsicle. Of course the best part is to have Gummi Bears on the bottom! Hey I can still act like a kid when it’s Sno-Come season😁
I think the Freeze Dried Candy was a unique treat! I got to sample the sour ones (my favorite) but my better half decided on the Strawberry Shortcake.

Our first trip here as the one close to our home was not opened. I’ve already spoke to the manager about our experience. We got our sno cones and began drinking them when my kids said they tasted chlorine. As I drank some of mine I began to pick up the smell and taste. It wasn’t in the flavors, but rather from the ice or cup.
Upon talking the store and the manager I am not the first to experience this. Apparently they keep a bucket of wet towels in bleach to wipe the cups before they give them to you.
I think this method should be reconsidered and maybe just wipe them with a regular towel. It ruined our fun day of going out for snow cones.? we had to toss them. The manager offered us to come back for free snow cones but after sitting with our experience I was willing to go back and try again.
