Horrible, non-existent customer service!
Needed a gift card. Had no idea you had to use the kiosk. Nobody would talk to me as I stood at the counter. Took it upon myself to figure it out. Then, when it was my "turn," she seemed so put out, walking towards me hunched over, dragging her feet like ugh. Then she asked me to hand her a gift card. She does her thing and then hands it to me. That's it. She talked more to the customers that came in after me wanting to order cookies. Never again. Do better Crumbl, or else your business will crumble!!!!
