I have been there multiple times now for a cookie! Only one time did they get my order wrong but they always let me look and ask if everything is ok so I should have said something but it was cold.You have to give them a try! You won’t be disappointed!

It’s so disappointing, their products are delicious and wonderful, their staff is kind and helpful but when you buy a high end product at an elevated price you expect to have consideration. They do not even offer you the convenience of a sack to carry your items. Even the cheapest stores care enough about their customers to provide you with a convenient way to transport your items out of their facility. I will not go back because I don’t feel like balancing boxes under my chin while trying to open my car door after paying 40 dollars for cookies should be necessary. Shame on them!After being provided with the website information from the owner I was able to suggest they provide bags in order to make people feel like valued customers. Hopefully this has some kind of impact in the future. Thank you
