Delivery order, asked not to ring doorbell, but they knocked anyway.... sleeping baby, dogs barking. Thanks! Ordered pizza, was cold, asked for extra cheese.... no extra cheese. $19.99 for 12" pizza, pepperoni, Italian sausage, ham, charged for additional toppings but basically got the same amount of toppings as if I only had one. $5.50 delivery fee & they want you to tip. Also had a sandwich and pasta. $46.... good grief. NO TIP!
Very unwelcoming experience. As I pulled into the parking lot, a male employee came out to the parking lot and proceeded to film me sitting in my vehicle, waiting for curbside service. He continued to zoom in and out at various angles. My order was delivered to my window by a young woman. Checking my order before leaving, I discovered it’s missing an item. Get better management in this location. I have ordered three pizzas from this location in the last year, and ALL three of them had major problems or errors. The most recent fiasco ( 12/29/19) was that my order #3083 was supposedly voided by the online system. I am not buying that lame excuse for one minute.
