Messed up my order twice, I asked for a MATCHA not a COFFEE. She didn’t even read my order back to me, so I assumed Stephanie knew what she was doing and that I ordered a MATCHA because matcha and coffee don’t sound alike. The coffee I didn’t order was super sweet, where is my matcha? So annoying.

Fine on weekdays (which is only reason for 2 star) but don’t waste time and money here on weekends! Out of most stuff before 10am and forgot some of my order so now I’m out money as well as the stuff they don’t have stocked. So irritating and they have way too many workers walking on top of each other with all the busy chaos they can’t even get my full order to me. Check your bags before you leave! And just for fun here’s a pic of my LIGHTLY toasted bagel I ordered. But at least it was in the bag unlike all my munchkins
