I came to this location for versatility of stores to visit, I just personally sometimes like not seeing the same staff every time I visit any business if at all possible, so I searched Dunkin stores and found this one.Well, I was seeking their second to none cream donuts which by the way has an awesome heart shaped for Valentine's season. Was suuuuper excited to treat myself to two creams for the holiday. Well, I give 3 stars instead of 2 for the creams disappointing bc I'm so grateful these fun and delicious donuts exist, when I allow myself only one I wish I could have two and it's sometimes hard to pick between chocolate or vanilla.So, the cream has always DD signature stopped outside of the donut, well not this evening!! A staff took it upon themselves to stop the cream inside the donut, wasn't outside at all, I was really sad. Also the cream is typically placed in the center of their heart donuts but the person who fixed them started the cream on one of the sides which I wouldn't have much minded had it been DD signature stopped outside the donut.

I only live five minutes down the road so ordering online has never been a problem. This morning we ordered on the Dunkin app. Picked up the order and 3 out of 4 sandwiches had water in the middle or were cold. My hot coffee was not hot. The only thing that was good was the tea. Management needs to do

So the food isn’t bad but I might have gone on a good day. The place seems understaffed or management could be over whelming them. place is still really new so I understand there trying to get things worked outI just wonder how many drugs the guy who designed the building and parking lot was on, because it’s terrible. Everything is way too close together and getting in and out is horrible.
I am a lifelong DD fan. I was so happy they put this one in close enough to my house placed an order for a dozen and iced coffee on line. It was ready when I picked it up. I don’t know if I’ve ever been so disappointed in my life. Worst donuts I’ve ever eaten. Not just bad for a DD. Worst I’ve had from anywhere. Stale, underfilled and very small. I literally threw away 11 donuts after trying to choke down 1. Super disappointing. They won’t get any more of my money.

I waited in line for 10 minutes as the second customer in line. There was a woman at the register with a full line who had no business being there. Multiple mistakes but shame on the manager who stood by with 5 other girls standing around doing nothing to help. Looks like I'll be sticking with daylight doughnuts.

We have stopped by three times, usually about 6:30 pm, ordering one avocado toast, three white sugar donuts. Only once did this store have the food. And that time, we were told no donuts. We asked if they had the plain donuts and could they add the sugar. The clerk looked put out but did finally put the sugar in the sack. This store has only been open a very short time but will not survive with this terrible customer service. Why would they be out of product when they have three more hours to be open. THIS IS A MANAGEMENT ISSUE. I SERIOUSLY DOUBT THE CLERKS HAD ANY TRAINING. TOO BAD BECAUSE WE WOULD HAVE BEEN RETURN CUSTOMERS.
