This is our first visit since moving to Oklahoma. We finally made a stop for dinner and it was amazing! We compared it to things back home and it surpassed. Staff was friendly and helpful and the food was great! Looking forward to visiting many more times through the years

They are always on time to pick up my order. Most of the time they offer you a soft drink if you have to wait.

We live in Yukon and are regulars here. The food quality and prices are great. Please consider going back to “order at the counter” service. Since switching to table service, it takes twice as long for us to enjoy our meal here. The servers are friendly but there are not enough of them to take care of customers in a timely manner. It takes too long for food to arrive and you wait forever to get drinks refilled. We loved the efficiency of self-service, the ability to refill our own drinks. Please go back!

We just bought ribs at Earl's tonight and as I told the manager on the phone they were the toughest ribs I've ever eaten in my life! He said he would make it right if I drove the 20 minutes on the turnpike! No thanks, I just won't be back to pay $40 for a meal that isn't edible! Hello Clarke's Crew next time!! This place has a good atmosphere and the food is pretty good, about average in my opinion. The main problem is the wait time. I think it comes down to being understaffed. It took about an hour and a half to get our food and the restaurant was not very busy. When we asked for our check it took fifteen minutes and we then had to go to the front and get it from there. If the wait time wasn't so long I think this place would be so much better.

We used to drive by this place and turn our nose up because we are used to Texan BBQ but we finally tried it and now it's a family favorite! We eat here at least twice a month and the food is always consistently delicious. The staff and service is always top tier also, which is rare these days it seems. Their baked potatoes are the best we've ever had which they top with yummy chopped brisket. Getting hungry now just writing the review.

My husband and I came here for dinner. We were promptly greeted at the door and seated. We ordered shortly after. We waited an hour while other parties around us were seated long after us and got their food and left. Not once did our server, Dallyn, stop to check on us or apologize for our food taking so long. Our food finally came and it was cold. We ate and left with nothing being said to us about our food taking over an hour to get to us. I understand some things are not in the control of the server but at least let us know or even check on us.
Place was clean and the staff was on top of everything. But the food was not good, two adults and one child We had two potatoes and chicken strips with a rib. The potatoes were hard and undercooked. My kid didn't touch her food because in the macaroni and cheese side was dry and flavorless and the chicken tasted gross, the rib was so dry and flavorless couldn't even cut them apart.Parking: All of the up front parking against the building is handicap which in my opinion is a plusWheelchair accessibility: Very accessible for somebody that has to use a wheelchair or walking assisting device

I ordered through Uber Eats and loved the food but does a King potato not come with baked beans anymore? There were none in my bag but I was t sure if the item has changed.( I worked for Scott in Brick town and Reno for years. )If it doesn't come with baked beans anymore then let me know and I'll kick this up to a 5 star

BBQ pork "Extremely Dry" almost as if it had been warmed in a microwave. Flavor was Blah at best. Side item flavors and temperatures were good. Establishment comfortable and clean. Employees were very nice. Overall the BBQ hype just wasn't on par with any reasonable expectation, unless you had the big corporate flavor experience in mind. I rarely ever give my opinion to the mgmt of restaurants, really what would be the outcome that would satisfy anyone. This platform was put in place to share opinions.
