Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Overall had really good experience. The kids who took out order was pleasant and helpful. The girl who delivered our order and also friendly and helpful. The food was good, hot, and fresh, as it always is at Freddy's.

I definitely recommend this location.

Very good experience for a restaurant/fast food business

I am sad to leave this review because the food really is good. I am a diabetic and cannot drink sugared sodas I had asked for a diet Dr Pepper, and whenever it was handed to me through the window, she said it was a diet Dr Pepper. I took two drinks out of it, and it was not a diet Dr Pepper but I use my equipment to test it anyways, and it was a normal Dr Pepper I had asked if there was any regular fry sauce in there and she turned around to go grab fry sauce and instead of grabbing fry sauce, she grabbed jalapeños fry sauce. At this point, I was done. I’ve had a long day at work and was just ready to get home. I usually don’t leave reviews, but I have worked at a fast food restaurant for quite a while and I feel like staff needs to be treating people better even if you are having a rough day giving someone a sugar drink whenever they specifically ask for diet is not OK and it can come back to bite you in the butt.

It really sucks because the food is amazing. The employees have a very bar attitude. I won't let someone who is angry with me make my food.

She asked about an app, which i do not have. I didn't understand what she meant and i started ordering, she shouts over me about the app. I immediately lost confidence in ordering food from here.

It's strange that you need an app to order at a drive thru without infuriating the workers.

Lived the custard shakes! The smash burgers were really good as was the spicy ck … fun to see us get our food and eat while everyone else waited the Ck F place to get theirs

Great food, great custard and even better employees! Freddy’s really took care of the veterans this year. I really appreciate the amount of care given to our warriors. They gave more than most on Veterans Day! They have picked up a LOYAL customer for life! Thank you Freddy’s!

I’m not one to make complaints on social platforms.. however, I am very much about shoutouts and praise! We just made a visit at the drive thru and it was by far the best experience we’ve had in a while (as we visit fairly often). Ashley… your customer service was top notch!! You were very friendly and a pleasure to conduct our transaction with (just chocolate custard and fry)! You had a friendly smile and your attitude, both on the mic and at the window, shows that you enjoy your job! The food service industry needs more people like you!! Keep up the great work girl!!

We got the Pepper Jack burger, Dirt & Worms, Fries, & Chicken Tenders and the food was amazing!

Our server was amazing and so nice towards me.

The atomsphere is very nice and it’s unique that they have vents dropping from the roof!
