One of the slowest drive thurs Iâve ever sat in. 4 cars ahead and my wait was more than 10 minutes just to get to the speaker.

Employees seem very polite. But paying $12 for a burger that looks like a burnt pancake with 2 long sliced pickles on it, and mid onion rings is kinda crazy.

I went through their drive thru and I was blessed by their service. They were so friendly and sweet and I have never had better costumer service in my life. I would get married in that Freddys! Everyone was so kind and I loved it

Rude manager came in at 8:52 pm for a doordash he said âyour order will be ready when its readyâ and i didnât even ask for anything just stood there but gave me attitude. do not what to come to a place like this with rude behavior and attitude.

they were rude and disrespectful when I had when to get dinner I had just got off a 9 hour long shift and I wanted to eat dinner before I got home, i had went through the drive thru and the girl on the mic was so disrespectful and hurtful when I said i was lactose intolerant and i couldnât have any cheese near my burger and in her words âwell everything is around cheese if you donât want cheese around your burger get a saladâ I had to drive away without getting my food

Freddy's thank you for another amazing visit. Even with inflation gouging your prices are still the best when it comes to feeding a family of five. Today I only had my youngest son with me. The Moral in here is Awesome! Loving the energy as always.

The food was fantastic as always. What really stood out during our visit was one of your team members, Alajiah. She was incredibly professional, kind, and genuine. Even though our interaction was brief as she was welcoming other guests, she still managed to make such a positive impression on both my husband and me. Employees like her donât come around often. Whatever you do, make sure to hold onto her. She truly brightened our day!

The service was all right and the time it took us to get our food was pretty good. The only thing that really pulled down the rating was the fact that their burger and fries were over salted. They do take military discount, which is awesome, but I donât think I wouldâve ever known if I didnât ask. Our cashier kind of seemed out of it when asking us what we wanted. The male associate that took over was much more interactive and sociable.
