The food was fantastic as always. What really stood out during our visit was one of your team members, Alajiah. She was incredibly professional, kind, and genuine. Even though our interaction was brief as she was welcoming other guests, she still managed to make such a positive impression on both my husband and me. Employees like her don’t come around often. Whatever you do, make sure to hold onto her. She truly brightened our day!

The service was all right and the time it took us to get our food was pretty good. The only thing that really pulled down the rating was the fact that their burger and fries were over salted. They do take military discount, which is awesome, but I don’t think I would’ve ever known if I didn’t ask. Our cashier kind of seemed out of it when asking us what we wanted. The male associate that took over was much more interactive and sociable.

My favorite is the hotdog with pickles which they customize for me no problem. My husband enjoys their burgers and the onion rings are yummy. The custard is delicious in vanilla or chocolate, and any of their vast selection of shakes and sundeas are always good! Staff are always kind and helpful, it's a welcoming and hospitable place to eat 👍

Overall had really good experience. The kids who took out order was pleasant and helpful. The girl who delivered our order and also friendly and helpful. The food was good, hot, and fresh, as it always is at Freddy's.

I definitely recommend this location.

Very good experience for a restaurant/fast food business

I am sad to leave this review because the food really is good. I am a diabetic and cannot drink sugared sodas I had asked for a diet Dr Pepper, and whenever it was handed to me through the window, she said it was a diet Dr Pepper. I took two drinks out of it, and it was not a diet Dr Pepper but I use my equipment to test it anyways, and it was a normal Dr Pepper I had asked if there was any regular fry sauce in there and she turned around to go grab fry sauce and instead of grabbing fry sauce, she grabbed jalapeños fry sauce. At this point, I was done. I’ve had a long day at work and was just ready to get home. I usually don’t leave reviews, but I have worked at a fast food restaurant for quite a while and I feel like staff needs to be treating people better even if you are having a rough day giving someone a sugar drink whenever they specifically ask for diet is not OK and it can come back to bite you in the butt.

It really sucks because the food is amazing. The employees have a very bar attitude. I won't let someone who is angry with me make my food.

She asked about an app, which i do not have. I didn't understand what she meant and i started ordering, she shouts over me about the app. I immediately lost confidence in ordering food from here.

It's strange that you need an app to order at a drive thru without infuriating the workers.
