Lobby open til 10pm? Nope not here. Sign says they are but door was locked. Best part was the 2 women standing there and taking off to the back as we pulled on the door. Do better.

Store shows that it closes at 10pm, arrived at 915pm and they had already locked the lobby and closed the store, but the open light was still on.

Me and my family have been to Golden Chick many times because, well, who doesn’t love fried chicken? Today we received not only fresh food but excellent customer service! I’m not sure if anything has changed within the restaurant but the two crew members and the manager on duty were courteous, friendly and patient. They were welcoming and helpful. I hope that this review is seen by their upper management because this is the kind of customer service that brings people back. It was an all around positive experience for my family and I and I really hope that they are recognized for it. The way we were treated prompted me not only to take the time to write this review but also to get their names. We received excellent customer service from Aranza, Justus, and Roxy. Thank you!

Awful service, wanted to argue with us about the food they forgot from our order!! Food tasted old (even though we came during the lunch hour)!! And just extremely overpriced!!
