The food it’s always good but everytime I go they are missing something in my order and it feels that they are always rushing out people they pull them up all the time and when they give you your food at the window it’s like they are trying to rush you

The roasted chicken is outstanding. I LOVE their special beaded shrimp. Both are so tender, melt in your mouth. I also love the corn bites. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Me and husband stopped to grab a bite to at 8pm and the lobby was closed. We choose to take our food to go and got cold tenders, hard bread, watered down gravy and mashed potatoes.Don't come come here Cerra told staff if told the staff once they run out of whatever food not to make anymore and tell the customer they don't have it.Cerra if you see this you suck. We wasted our money on this when we could have went somewhere else.

Went through the drive-through after a long day at work, and Kevin took my order! He was so nice and just pleasant as sunshine. I got the spicy tenders, which I think could’ve used a little more spice, but they were delicious and my roll practically melted in my mouth!!! Golden chick is my guilty

I ordered a family meal and spent $58. I received stale fries and requested fresh ones. I was not upset until the manager said those fries had just came up and then handed me some different ones. Well what got me upset was that we get home and none of the food was hot except the macaroni and rolls. The tenders were cold as well as the gravy and mashed potatoes.

I had mistakenly ordered the wrong combo via door dash , so I called up to the store to see if by chance changes could be made. I spoke with the manager on duty , she was quick to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Service like this is the reason that I’ll definitely be back.
It was my first time ever eating here. I wasn't disappointed. The food was hot and fresh! The french fries were the best I've had in a long time, and the service and cleanliness of the establishment were very good. I will definitely come back when I'm in town.

Go somewhere else for chicken.I love Golden Chick. I’ve been to many over the past decade. I have never had bed food until I visited this one. I spent over $60 for a mixer meal and an extra side of chicken salad. I love Golden Chick chicken salad.The four pieces of fried chicken were so over cooked it was like jerky meat in a chicken skin crust. It wasn’t edible. The chicken salad was mushy. The chicken tenders were good. The coleslaw was great and of course the rolls were perfect. When you cook chicken for a living it’s not hard to tell when it’s over cooked. Somebody working there doesn’t care. I might try them again next year.

Came through the drive thru today and the lady at the window with red hair was very friendly and greeted me with a smile you don't see that to often anymore! Will definitely be back!
Food was not tasty. Tasted like it had been sitting out awhile. I ordered the catfish which was too salty. Fries were old and hard. Tea was good however.

We had a messed up order where the gravy was spilt all over our chicken and rolls due to the gravy container being on top of the chicken. and I called to complain and spoke to Chris and he stated bring in the receipt and they woukd replace the order...however the next day when my husband went to get our order replaced he spoke to supposedly the district manager "Shana" and she said that we had to have the order with us. We'll it was thrown away the night before and Chris never stated to bring the oder in. So for all of $50 we will never be going back to Golden chick and we will tell everyone out bad experience. And Shana was very rude as well. They.truly lost some very good customers tonight because we ate there on average once a week for the kids. We will also be contacting cooperate.
