I had app for some time. Today I went to HTeaO, app wanted me to sign in again (I've never had to sign in after signing up) don't remember password, clicked don't remember password to get new one......NOTHING in my email.....once, twice..... guess HTeaO is no good to me now!!!!

The customer service is always good but the tea consistently now the last 4 times we have been has been extremely watered down, weāve had better luck at the Mustang location recently

This used to be my favorite place. But after yesterdayās experience, which just is one of many bad experiences the past few months, Iām going to stop coming here. And itās really a shame because I used to love HTeaO on Mustang Road. And itās really close to my house. When they had their half off happy hour, I would go there every day. Everyone knew me by name. They even knew my voice through the drive-thru speaker and would greet me by name. They would write nice notes on my cup lids. I felt valued, and I felt special. Then their management changed, and now all their personnel have changed, and the staff arenāt friendly and they donāt care at all if a customer feels valued. And on top of that, itās a place where itās hit or miss if the tea is actually good. Itās hit or miss if the tea is sweetened perfectly or if itās over- or under-sweetened. And itās hit or miss if my order is correct. The last 3 times Iāve ordered unsweet tea for my sister, it might be marked as such but itās sweet tea. Even when I ask them to confirm itās unsweet. And my order yesterday was 2 sweet Georgia peach teas, light ice, add oranges and cherries. I received 2 UNsweet Georgia peach teas, HEAVY ice, with oranges only. I did ask them to correct the ice level on one of the teas. The girl working the drive-thru, who wasnāt friendly to begin with, did everything in her body actions except roll her eyes to let me know she was really put out by my request. Also, she did not give me my receipt. And normally thatās not a big deal except for the fact that right now there is a special during the month of July that if you bring your receipt back the next day, you get 50% off all your tea, including gallons. And I had intended to go back for a gallon today with that receipt, but I realized as I was driving away she didnāt give it to me. And I wasnāt going back to ask for it. Iām going to drive across town to go to the store on Garth Brooks for a while. Iāve done this a couple of times already in the past couple of months. Itās really inconvenient because it turns a five minute drive into a 30 minute drive. But at the Garth Brooks store, they are friendly, the tea is consistently good, and they can get my order right. Hopefully, in 2-3 months, things will be better at the Mustang Road location.
HTO is the best when it comes to fresh tea. Glad to see this one open
Love HteaO! Their BOGO from 2-4 means I have a tea for that day and the next. No sharing on most days! Customer service is exceptional. Tea is always fresh!
The BEST water and ice...
Not happy with the Happy Hour service. They did away with the 1/2 price teas at this Yukon location. I believe all locations should post their specials. Will not be back at this Yukon location.

The sun was in my eyes big time trying to order at the drive through about 6pm though.
I used to work here and I have never seen the front this filthy. It looks like thereās mold between the machines in the front. The spouts where the tea comes out (that are supposed to be deep cleaned weekly and wiped daily) were dirty.
It was disgusting and made me uncomfortable drinking the tea, because if the front is this dirtyā¦. How dirty is the backā¦.
I understand the tea spills⦠I do. I used to clean it all the time and I was very tempted to ask for a rag to clean this myself.
I left my review with the website from my receipt, theyāre supposed to respond within 24 hours. Itās been days and I havenāt heard anything so here you go.
