I had app for some time. Today I went to HTeaO, app wanted me to sign in again (I've never had to sign in after signing up) don't remember password, clicked don't remember password to get new one......NOTHING in my email.....once, twice..... guess HTeaO is no good to me now!!!!

The customer service is always good but the tea consistently now the last 4 times we have been has been extremely watered down, we’ve had better luck at the Mustang location recently

I don’t know what kind of magical powers this place has but I have never enjoyed tea this much in my life! The flavor options, the add ins, you can even buy an energy shot that I like to mix into my tea as well. It’s the gift that keeps on giving! As long as HTeaO is around I may never make tea at home again.
