I dont like giving bad reviews but man this place has gone down hill. I placed an online order to be picked up at 7pm and when I arrived there was no one at the counter. I even had a family walk in with me that waited a few minutes before leaving cause no one ever came. Even better that I could see through the privacy window into the office and saw 2 employees sitting on their phones. A family leaving after their meal encouraged me to just walk back there and find someone myself. Even if they were on break they couldn't at least tell a coworker? Or let us know someone will be out? I probably waited 5 more minutes until a waitress finally came and asked if I needed to be sat, I told her I was waiting for an order and my name but I dont think she understood. She just went back to clearing tables and never looked at me again. An employee I usually see for the online orders came over at around the 10 minute mark and went to check if it was almost ready, didn't see him again for a while. About the 15 minute mark he came back and told me they were waiting for my strawberry waffle combo to finish up and should be soon. Guess it wasn't as ready as he thought cause another 5 minutes pass and he tells me again its almost ready. Made it even better that he came back after almost 25 minutes of me waiting to tell me they never started it. All in all I spent 30 minutes waiting for my food, if the guy didn't come back with my order when he did I was gonna get a refund and leave. I can understand waiting a few extra minutes after the expected time cause I had a decently big order but 30? With most of it just standing there waiting for someone to acknowledge me? I'm not going back. Food was at least decent but you could tell that they had most of it just sitting there getting cold cause the pancakes from one meal were getting soggy.

This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had at IHOP on Mustang Road in Yukon. From the moment we walked in, it was clear this place has serious management issues. The host greeted us with his pants hanging so low that his underwear was fully visible completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
We were then seated next to a pile of spilled drinks that had obviously been sitting there for a while. No one bothered to clean it up. The restaurant felt dirty and poorly maintained.
When I ordered my food, the waitress came back and said they were out of peppers. I tried to compromise and asked for jalapeños instead, only to be told they didn’t have those either. Then, when I asked for the salsa that normally comes with the meal, I was told they didn’t have that either. At that point, I lost all confidence in this place.
Because of how unorganized and unsanitary everything felt, I didn’t even eat the food. I wasn’t comfortable doing so.
This location is clearly poorly managed, unprofessional, and lacks basic standards. I do not recommend this IHOP to anyone. Management seriously needs to step up.

Would not recommend this location. 1st and last time for me and my family. Served brown and black bananas with our pancakes and French toast. And the server thought that was ok and had an attitude because we wanted fresh er bananas that weren't black and brown. There was so much wrong with the food it ruined the mood. Everyone was very disappointed. If possible dont come in a group larger than 3...

Food was good. Waitress was quick but left before we paid the bill, waited 20 minutes after we told 2 different people we were ready to leave. Went to cashier they had us pay for different meals than we had but approximately same amount. Won't be back soon.just hard to understand
Wonderful place, clean, friendly staff. My family and I decided on iHOP as a last minute option, wasn't expecting much but the staff went above and beyond. They made it so comfortable for us to enjoy ourselves without feeling judged. The food was made well and in a timely manner. Even if we were the only ones there, great service nonetheless!

I hadn't been to an IHOP in years. The last time was before their remodel campaign so I was VERY pleasantly surprised when the waiter brought me my Spinach & Mushroom omelette. It's was one of the best I've had in a chain type restaurant! I'll start going there again - hopefully the one near my home is just as good.
