The employees are friendly, helpful, and have excellent customer service skills. They make your sandwich exactly like you want it. They make sure you receive any discounts you are owed and offer you ones you may not know about. I love this place, the employees, and definitely their food!

The sandwiches are great no complaints there. The service is horrible. Got our order wrong three times offered no apology and seemed to not care at all that we had to take the 15 minute drive back to their restaurant to pick up the sandwich that never made it into the bag. Let’s do better guys

I have been to this location multiple times. Within the last month both times I have been there, (June 9th & June 22nd) there was hair baked into the bread or on the sandwich. I respectfully went to the counter and showed the employees that were working and they have made me a new sandwich. I would think by now they would make their employees wear hair nets or have a stricter policy with grooming procedures. The employees were very apologetic & professional with the way they handled the situation at hand.

Ordered a Philly on rosemary got it on white asked for a remake got a chicken bacon ranch on rosemary...two times and still didn't get a sandwich right. For as much as a sandwich cost you would think they could get it right...

Absolutely disgusting. This was my first time eating here, so I’m not sure if it’s normal to completely drench the sub in a sour tasting dressing but that’s what I received. I ordered the club sub and it was a total mess and drenched in some kind of dressing and as soggy as a wet rag. It was not appetizing at all.

This location has to be the worst in all Jersey Mike locations. Consistently terrible I hope they shut down soon. 3.9 stars is a joke.
It’s Christmas Eve and they are playing rap and it’s has cuss words in the song and there are children in the restaurant. Amazing how they treat their customers also. This crew today needs to be talked to.

Pro : Food was great sandwich was made properly and was nice and hot. Con : The customer service on the other hand was lacking, a little inattentive and seemed as if they were in their own world. Chips were poorly stocked and selection was minimal. Not a single table was cleaned had to clean my own.

My husband and I went to Jersey Mike's for lunch we ordered 2 ft long big kahunas with beef. My husband started eating and then he realized his sandwich with chicken I went and told the people that my husband's sandwich was chicken instead of beef they looked at me and said yes it was chicken I said no we ordered two beefs I showed them the receipt and it showed beef the person looked at the receipt then he said yeah I know but they didn't apologize they didn't offer to make us a different one they were very rude and we won't be back to Jersey Mike's in Yukon..
