I feel like it’s been a super busy week just in general for most businesses because of the holidays. I came about an hour before close. They were out of a few things, which isn’t anyone’s fault. The workers were just super kind and had the best customer service! They were apologetic even though they had nothing to be sorry about. :) I will come back again because of their great service!

This is my first time at this location, very clean very nice. The staff was friendly as well. I stopped here because the one nearest to my house had a small kitchen fire and so they gave me 2 free coupons to get 2 free mini sandwiches, so I took a coupon to this location before making my sandwich. I announced that I received the coupons and would like to use it for a mini sandwich she said yes and began to make my sandwich. Everything was going well. Another lady came from the back while I was ringing up. My coupon was not working and she said it didn’t work because my sandwich was not a mini, mind you I did order a mini so I was like OK and she was like you have to pay for it! But it was her condescending attitude and as I was explaining, OK that’s fine. I just was trying to say I did say mini though, she’s like well that’s not a mini and again I understand it was just her attitude and how she spoke to me it was very rude. So I don’t think I’ll go back to this location anymore.

The employees are friendly, helpful, and have excellent customer service skills. They make your sandwich exactly like you want it. They make sure you receive any discounts you are owed and offer you ones you may not know about. I love this place, the employees, and definitely their food!

The sandwiches are great no complaints there. The service is horrible. Got our order wrong three times offered no apology and seemed to not care at all that we had to take the 15 minute drive back to their restaurant to pick up the sandwich that never made it into the bag. Let’s do better guys
I have been to this location multiple times. Within the last month both times I have been there, (June 9th & June 22nd) there was hair baked into the bread or on the sandwich. I respectfully went to the counter and showed the employees that were working and they have made me a new sandwich. I would think by now they would make their employees wear hair nets or have a stricter policy with grooming procedures. The employees were very apologetic & professional with the way they handled the situation at hand.

Absolutely disgusting. This was my first time eating here, so I’m not sure if it’s normal to completely drench the sub in a sour tasting dressing but that’s what I received. I ordered the club sub and it was a total mess and drenched in some kind of dressing and as soggy as a wet rag. It was not appetizing at all.
