Went by today at 6pm, was told 20 to 30 minute wait time, left came back at 7 pm. Wasted it would be a 30 to 45 minute wait time. Worst service,, told , that you told me 45 minutes ago. Last trip ever, lost our business and several others drove off. You can do alot better. Kfc needs to change management and personnel

I can’t really say how good the food is because I’ve tried going here like 3 different times with no success. Every time they don’t have any chicken(at a chicken restaurant). Last time I tried to go I tried to order something other than chicken and they said it would be 30 minutes before they can start cooking something other than chicken. If you run a food business maybe actually have food available to order. This place doesn’t even look busy. I don’t know if they are surprised they get customers and start cooking when one finally comes in or what.

Food was old and unable to be eaten it was so gross. Sorry but not sorry they need to get better food preparation for customers nobody likes chicken that is dry hard and smells of old oil.

When i went to there Men bathroom there was poop on toilet seat, and there sink was really dirty looks like they haven't cleaned there bathroom in years it was disgusting.

We tried it again, hoping previous experiences were just fluke happenings on a bad day but no. I order for a family of 6. Typically, it's a pretty big order running upwards of $70.00. You'd think that customers who spend THAT much on a meal out would get some sort of extra care - I mean... at least get the order right. Make the chicken fresh - that's kinda what you do.

I opened the box of chicken tenders and they looked like they'd been sitting all day - withered and dark/dry. The sides were only half full and the Mac and cheese was dry and burnt in places. My husband couldn't even eat the chicken so he had biscuits and sides for dinner. My kids, who usually tear into chicken like it's the best thing they've ever eaten left over half of the food in the box because it was awful.

There were 3 people working that I could see. 1 on the drive thru, one putting food in boxes and another one I never saw but could hear. I'm not real sure who the manager is but they're doing a terrible job in the Yukon store. Maybe... just maybe focus on getting quality food out to your customers and you would have enough customers to actually get a few more employees to help run the place.

I honestly don't know how they're still open. I'm done spending money here. I'll spend a few extra dollars and go to Cains from now on. At least their chicken is fresh.

All KFC restaurants are the same. We ate in Yukon OK. Dining room was unkempt. We had to clean our own table prior to sitting down. Bathrooms needed major cleaning. On a better note, the staff was friendly & courteous.

No baby changing station in the womens restroom. The tables were dirty and the floor was sticky. The soda needed to be changed out and they were out of salt and pepper.

This is my second time coming to the location and I thought it couldn’t get any worse but it very much does. First time I was here the lady at the counter walked away when I asked for sauce and told someone else to do it while saying “can you help them i don’t want to help them anymore”. I was going to let it slide because I have worked fast food before but I was never disrespectful to guests, even if I hated my job. Today, I went in for my 30 minute lunch break and I waited 25 minutes pulled to the side after ordering my food. You’d expect the food to come out hot for the amount of time you waited but you’d be surprised, the bar gets even lower. This location sucks the most and I hope district comes and fires everyone at this point.

They have big problems here with dekivery orders. I know at least 5 drivers that will not accept any order from this kfc. They dont make the orders until you ket them know you are there and then it still takes them 20 minutes. So by the time you walk out the store with the customer order it's been 30 minutes. Every time!!!!!!!

This location reaffirms why we don’t order or dine at KFC. We ordered a family meal on the app. Pickup time said 20-30 minutes. (For context it’s a Wednesday at 5:50 when we ordered) We got to the store 30 minutes after ordering. The said they did not have enough cooked and to come back in 30 minutes. 30 minutes later now 7:00 they tried to send us away again.

I wanted to share that this is the worst KFC I have ever been to. I ordered online for a 615 pickup and online indicated my order was ready. Got to the store and order was not ready and only then informed out of white meat. Got a refund and left. Avoid this place at all costs!!!

Refused to serve multiple customers while all the doors were locked in the middle of the day, and the whole building was smoked out with cannabis. Ridiculous.
