Went through the drive thru and was told to pull aside to wait for our order. 30 minutes later and still no food. I went inside to see 3 employees all serving full meals in the drive thru but not ours… not a single person acknowledged me, or said “hi we’ll be right with you” “Ricky” the manager on duty was rude while ordering through the drive thru. Very condescending and disrespectful. I couldn’t tell if it was a joke or if he was being serious but either way, unacceptable. Finally 10 minutes after being inside someone finally acknowledged me and I saw the manager on duty begin to make our food. This is now almost 35-40 minute since we ordered. I have never felt the need to ask for a manager until this moment and the manager on duty was a joke. This place should be completely restaffed (idk that a retraining would work at this point)

This location is beyond horrible. Just ordered a bucket of chicken, was told to pull forward. After twelve minutes, these awful employees brought two tenders. My dad is about to crash out and understandably so

This place sucks never ordered food online thought it would be quicker because it takes an hour to get food when we go up to oder doesn't matter to 30 mins to even gwt food no matter what then for got my drink this place sucks literally the worst KFC

Waited over an hour for my food and never got it. Got tired of waiting in the car and went inside and there were only 2 people working there. They were both working extremely hard but the older guy, who I’m guessing is the manager (kind of reminds me of Sylvester Stallone) was a bit rude when I asked for a refund. The biggest issue here is why are there only 2 people working an entire restaurant? They are terribly understaffed which isn’t fair to them or to the customers. I won’t be going back here most likely as this is not the first time it’s happened like this, but definitely the worst time. Upper management should be ashamed of themselves.

Edit: KFC corporate would not cancel the order and would not refund us because supposedly we had picked up the food.

My wife went up to the store and the junior member lied to her face and said that I had picked up the order. She demanded to see the store video footage of me picking up the food. The food was listed as picked up in the system which means that they are padding their time to not get in trouble.

The store manager then said that he was confused and offered to “remake” our food for us. We did get the food this time and when she got home with it, the tenders were extremely dry and the breading on the chicken was extremely spicy. We will never spend another dime at KFC, here or elsewhere. With any luck the brand will file bankruptcy and disappear.

One person running the entire place, more concerned about drive thru orders, every time I come here it's a thirty minute wait. If it wasn't for door dash/Uber, I would never come here. Tried expressing my urgency for a timely order but she turned and walked away saying I can complain to someone else and continued to work the drive through instead of completing the order that was already started. It's a chicken tender meal and she acting like she has to process the chicken from start to completion.

10/8 around 6:15 just wanted to shout out the staff for being very friendly. Looked like they were short (2 guys running the whole place) but I didn’t have to wait long, food was good and whomever gave me my order should be manager if he’s not already (sorry did not catch his name).

Just keep in mind when you order here u ain’t getting anything pretty and half your order probably going to be missing even though they made u wait for it so just ignore both this kfc and the one on Garth brooks they should both just permanently be closed cause the help they do have running the places just eats there food and don’t do there job right!!!!!

Food was gross, atmosphere was much worse. The floors were very sticky. The employees left no liners in any of the trash cans. The women’s bathroom smelled like mold. The front doors are hard to open.

Take out order was messed up second time in a row. Mashed potatoes and gravy were old. Ordered sweet tea and got a cup full of sugar syrup. Had to rinse my mouth out. This location has gone so far down hill, I'm surprised it hasn't gone out of business yet. Go to one of the other 6 chix places in town.

It was disgustingly bad! The restaurant was horrible! Who on earth doesn’t have chicken ready at 4:45. We had to wait 30 minutes just to have chicken while your team were either flirting inside or playing on their phone

Service here is horrible. I’ve been waiting for 30 minutes for my food and I did an online order when I got here. They told me it would be another 10 minutes. The lady on the intercom was out of breath. (Very disturbing)Couldn’t even talk. I don’t know what they were doing in there, but I do see people just standing around doing nothing. Third time being here and the same thing they need to do something about it

Past three times we have ordered we get home and its not correct. Called them and oh they will fix it. Really we live 7 miles out, not like we are across the street. Another lady was there and she said she has to wait on her order everytime she goes up there. 30 to 45 minutes. Really? You serve chicken but at 6pm you dont have any cooked. Thank you we will go back to El Reno, they seem to care.
