We had placed an online order this morning to feed our extended family at home, thinking this would be so convenient and quick. When I entered to pick up my order, no one was at the counter for a few minutes to assist me. When I was finally asked to be helped, I told the young lady I was there to p/u my order that was to be ready at 12:15pm. It was about 12:20 at the time. She said, “It’ll be about a 30 minute wait on the order because they had sold all of the chicken already and were frying more.” We had ordered and paid $75 online to be able to walk in, pick up and go home. Seems the location needs more workers, new workers, or more organization. If you know you have folks coming in to pick up orders at a set time, you make enough food to have this orders prepared AND enough food to service customers who come in to dine or drive through. On top of all this, we were missing part of our order, but at this point, we were done.

Incredibly slow service. There were 5 employees and 2 were on their phones, one was griping about not enough hours, and one was just loud and very rude. Waited almost 45 mins for my food only to realize I didn't get everything I ordered after I left.

Waited forever for food and was told to park in waiting area and when lady comes out she has her bag and stuff on and in her hand and in her other hand our food and she drops it and goes back inside then comes out and tell us and when we finally got the food the seemed like it was kinda funny
Got told to pull to the side so they can bring my food outside when I came thru the drive thru... then she walks outside to give me my food and dops all my food...... Like why even go thru a drive thru if they gonna tell u too freaking park. Noone was being me!!! Didn't even try and make up for what just happen!!! Horrible place

Ordered 3 pot pies last night and they were burnt on the bottom and salty, completely inedible. I contacted customer service because it was an online order and this location does not have a working phone. Customer service said they would offer me a partial refund(not even half of cost) or I could escalate it to a different department that will contact me at a later date. Also tried their chat option for customer service and after 45 mins no one responded. The only reason I gave it two stars is because the workers are polite and I have received good food there in the past but unfortunately it is going down hill. Ridiculous that I can’t get a full refund for food no human would want to consume
The worst I’ve seen in years. They can’t keep food cooked. Always about of something. Today they had no biscuits. Honestly, this KFC needs to be shut down

I don't usually leave bad reviews but my experience tonight was just horrible. My family ordered a 16 piece family meal. Only to get told that they are out of chicken. I was offered a 16 piece tender meal. I'm sorry but I'm trying to feed 7 people. I then was told that they could drop 16 pieces of chicken but I would have to wait 16 minutes. I'm perfectly fine with waiting the 16 minutes. But why lie to the paying customers? I am an assistant manager in the food industry. And if my employees lied to the customer because they just didn't want to drop the food, I would be rethinking their employment at my establishment. And based on the reviews from today, I can see I'm not the only one who was lied to.

This is wild. I’m waiting on my food.. it’s been more than 30 minutes since I paid for my meal. It took 10 minutes for the person working the drive thru to even answer and take my order. $40 and 40+ minutes to get some chicken? Y’all, go somewhere else and save your money.

Yes she was very rude. Chicken was dry and I mentioned it. She began defending herself oh we just cooked it. Instead of just offering a new meal. Poor service Popeyes is right down the street.
