Was this place recently bought by newer owners? We’ve been going there for 17 yrs and absolutely loved their food. The last 6 months to a year the flavor has changed. We always order extra spicy and there is absolutely no spice and the flavor is extremely bland.

Been coming here since I was a kid and it doesn't disappoint.Edited June 29, 2021:I can't believe that I probably just ordered my favorite Chinese restaurant (honestly, favorite restaurant in general) for the last time. Kim Son has been a fixture in Yukon and in my life for as long as I can remember. We have had so very many wonderful family meals around their tables. There will never be another restaurant quite like Kim Son, and I will very much miss the people and the place. Thanks to the owners and employees through the years for the memories and the culinary adventures!

Take out ordered was fast hot all really fresh & delicious. *No weird after taste like you get in some restaurants where you can tell the food eas premade & left to sit in a dirty walk in.* [ sorry major peeve] I highly recommend Kim Son for a great authentic Chinese food experience! We ordered a beef dish. 2 chicken dishes a Lo mein, plus appetizers & soups. All were made well & there was pride in the work they put into the food. This is my new go to. We will def be back the next time we need our fix. Plus another bonus is no MSG headache. They got it right!

Not too shabby. Fairly good. Customer service was alright, but understandable because pandemic and whatnot. Minor confusion due to unclear communication, but staff was helpful, and ultimately the food tasted good.

They got my order wrong. They packed it horribly so that by the time I got home, it had leaked through the container, the paper bag and onto the flowers I bought to place on my father’s grave. To top it off, I specifically said only vegetables and they made it with eggs so I can’t even eat it since it is Lent and I can’t eat meat, including eggs, until Easter!! This is the 2nd time they have messed up my order. Horrible, horrible customer service too!!

Got some takeout from here and it wasn't fresh. Tasted like it has been sitting out all day. Chicken was very hard and dry. Won't be returning.

Great take out spot in Yukon! Order the General Tso Chicken or the Sesame Chicken. Sweet and sour chicken is good too. Their fried rice and lo mein is good too.

It’s literally the most bland food I’ve ever had. Some of it is just down right nasty. Worst 30 dollars I’ve ever spent. Don’t let these reviews and ratings fool you. You’ll just be sad.
