Krell's East Coast Style Delicatessen

There have been absolutely 0 things on the menu that I’ve tried and experienced disappointment from. Specifically….. Cubano 10/10. Rueben 10/10. The pickles 100/10. But the BANANA PUDDING CHEESECAKE? It could initiate world peace. Do yourself a favor… put your shoes on and go now. Seriously, run don’t walk. 😋😅😍😍

We were in New York in March and I’ve been looking for matzo ball soup since we came home. I found it tonight at KRELLS EAST COAST DELI on YUKON PARKWAY!Its AMAZING!!!! I’ll be back. The sandwiches were top shelf. A half sandwich is enough. They serve pickles while you wait- the pickled tomatoes were my favorite- this reminds me Juniors in New York but the soup is honestly better. I’ll be back!!!!!

Must have gone on an off day because my sandwich was nowhere near a 4 or 5 star experience. In fact, I'm struggling to give it a 3. I got the Rueben. Now I am comparing it to the Carnegie Deli and some other true Metropolitan delis. But this sandwich was bland. Soggy bread, tasteless sauerkraut, unnoticeable Swiss, and a non-East Coast helping of meat. I'm actually from Houston but have visited NYC. And to tell you the truth, I've have a better Ruebens in Houston. And the pickle plate? Meh. Thoroughly disappointed.

I ordered the 1/2 Philly Steak & Cheese with a side of Onion Rings, and a Water. I had to ask if they forgot the cheese, they pointed to a melted piece on the edge of the bun, none on the inside, the steak was chopped not shaved. The $9 onion rings came out to a little over $1 for each onion ring. Then they charge you a $1 for a styrofoam cup to fill with water. The hustle for your money didn't end there, a huge tip can sat next to the cashier as well as a prompt for tips on the credit card register. For a casual lunch, three ladies, 3 half sandwiches, 3 sides, and 3 waters, $60. We won't be returning.

Lived in New York for over a decade. This is the closest thing you are going to get to a New York deli style pastrami sandwich in the State of Oklahoma. Bonus points because the staff is super friendly. Will have to head back here soon to try some of the other menu items!

Go to Schlotzsky's. The meat of the pastrami and corned beef were dry and tasteless. The plate of pickels and tomatoes had a dead fly attached to a spear, not to mention the beer was warm. My advice is nope, nope, nope, go to Schlotzsky's.

As soon as I walked in I was treated by a very nice man! I get “the special turkey” is SO GOOD.
I lived in Pennsylvania for a while and missed good sammiches like this. The slaw on it, is like the cherry on top! It’s very fresh.
Prices are fair. You get a large portion! Personally I can only eat half.
AND THE PICKLES will make your mouth water.
You’re missing out if you don’t try it!

Went there for lunch today, ordered the Philly with Onion Rings. Great presentation, and awesome flavor. Glad I chose that to eat today. Great job! Will definitely be back!

Love, love, love this east coast style deli. The food is outstanding, and you have to get extra pickles. These are made right in the restaurant and the pickled green tomatoes are where it is at!

This place is absolutely outstanding. The staff is very nice and attentive. The food is the best around . I had the Philly Cheesesteak sandwich & let me tell you it was ?????. You won't find a better one in Oklahoma. This is a must try place you'll thank me later I promise.

Two of us had 1st visit to Krells. Live in Shawnee,OK, about 45 minutes east of yukon. It was worth the trip! Clean throughout. Had the Reuben and the Philly sandwiches. Both awesome w/ the Reuben edging out the Philly. Plate of 2 dill spears a few sweet pickles, and some pickle relish. Only thing I would change is a larger serving of pickle trio and replace the hand loaded ice machine for an automated one to eliminate contamination.
