I tried the Pecan Pie shake and it was so delicious I continued to get the same shake each time.😁 Also the tea is ahmazing. Shana has created a space for everyone to come in and feel right at home. The energy when you walk in the door is such a breathe of fresh air. A+ service everytime I go in!I feel like family! ❤️

The products offered here are amazing ! I always get a level 3 tea and let me tell you, I have energy all day and in the best mood (no crash). My girls and I love their protein shakes (soooo yummmy). It’s a must try ! Shana reminds me of a friendly hug so warm and inviting 🩷🩷🩷🩷 Also forgot to mention kid friendly. My little loves to play while I sit and have a quick mommy chat. Love this place !!!

Lite Energy is Amazing! The meal replacement shakes and Teas are worth every penny. Shakes fill me up and im not hungry all day. Plus the teas are easy on my stomach. Ever since covid i have problems drinking everything but water and milk. The teas give me nutrition i need and never upset my stomach! And the staff is so welcoming and friendly! Love them

This place is amazing!! The owner is super sweet and recognizes me even if I don’t come in for weeks. The pricing is reasonable and the drinks are super good, I usually get a meal replacement shake and they are delicious and only around 200 calories!!! Overall this is an amazing place to go to if you’re on any type of diet or if you’re working out!!

Stumbled across this place while scroll on social media, thought I'd try it and really enjoy the variety of drinks here. The grinch tea is my favorite, Shanna is very knowledgeable about her products and very friendly. Will definitely be back to try more teas .

Walked in and Shana made me feel at home instantly. She made the best protein shake I’ve had, we chatted for about 20 minutes then I was on my merry way with a smile on my face! Definitely recommend if you want an atmosphere that makes you feel like family!

Super amazing place!!! Shana is incredibly sweet and great at making teas!!! Also drink packs are avaliable to make on the go! Great selection, decor is top notch!!! Can't recommend this place enough!!!
