Ordered an Ultamite supreme with pepperoni stuffed crust. Received a regular supreme with stuffed crust and a pepperoni pizza with stuffed crust. Simply repeating the order back would stop this from happening.
Edit: called the store to tell them what happened and they said I was wrong.

Ordered 2 pizzas. It was supposed to take 15 minutes. After 20 minutes I checked on it. It was not ready. After 30 minutes it was just coming out. I was finally given my order after 40 minutes. One of the pizzas was barely warm. I talked with the manager.

They’ll get your food wrong and with a chemical taste on the crust, then when you call you’ll get met with nothing but complete disrespect and attitude.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve even had ! I order simple 3 cheese pizzas and 1 pepperoni. I received 1 fresh cheese pizza , 1 old cheese pizza ,and another cheese with cardboard pieces on top and an uncooked pepperoni. The staff is horrible one had a nasty odor and no employees were wearing hairnets nor gloves ! Unsanitary! Health department needs to investigate asap !

05/05/2025. Placed a very simple app order. Got to the window and stated the name on the order. Pulled up to the window and the girl at the window heard me incorrectly on the name, so I corrected her. From that point forward she was nothing but rude and acted like I was an inconvenience for her hearing me wrong. She got our order and basically threw my order at me, and then slammed the window. To the girl at the drive thru, I'm sorry I inconvenienced you. Hopw you have a better day
