I really want to like this place. I love fried fish... but dude. The prices are high, the wait time is long, and today... today the fries were cold and literally tough to eat, and they were out of toilet paper. Get your act together man! The service was good even if they were kinda slow. Oh and my wife couldn't eat the shrimp, they were spoiled. Yuck.

This place is absolutely old and filthy. You need to close this place for a week or longer and do some serious cleaning and remodeling. Wallpaper hanging off and coming apart. The vents and ceiling fans are so bad. The drink station horrendous. The food we received was not even on the warm side and had to ask for fresh to be made. It was bad. Stuff all over the front counter

Go there on way home from the city. The person who took my order was very helpful. He helped immensely on getting the best deal on what I wanted.

They had no fish at lunch had to park out front wait then got nothing we asked extra was in it had to go back in and cost over 30.00 for 2 meals thats robbery.

The customer service is absolutely horrible!! We sat at the window waiting on rooter shakes for 20 minutes and there was no acknowledgment, very very rude window lady on Kyle T crew at 7:23 pm on Saturday 8/9/25. The worst fast food service I have ever had.

I haven’t been here in so long and it sounded so good. Was so disappointed when I was missing a piece of fish and everything was cold. Tried calling and no one answers at this location. Won’t be back. Sadly this is how service is in today’s world.

This location is extremely slow. I tried the Drive-In and it wasn’t moving. I went inside and it wasn’t moving. The attitudes of the staff were horrible. I then returned to my car and tried the Drive thru again. Finally a car moved up. The lady who spoke through the speaker that it would be over 15 minutes. The leadership at this location is absolutely horrible. How can you not be grand opening ready every hour you are open. The best LJS is in Purcell. This place is a dump.
During this ridiculous waiting there was Hispanic man standing outside wearing a blue shirt with the door open smoking a cigarette. I arrived here at 7:23P. It is now 7:57 and I have not yet received my order. Everyone up to the district manager should be fired for the blatant lack of leadership.

Very rundown restaurant, needs a good wrecking ball for sure, the workers could use a wrecking ball because you can tell they’re only there for a buck! Food is cold and not very fresh and the dining area is filthy, need I say more? I give it a couple of months at most! I’d rather eat at Caines next door!

I was sad they did away with the corn on the cob but the corn they have is delicious. Service was fast and friendly.
