We got there at 10 am just when the store was opening, the manager was just walking inside land we’d have to wait. 10 minutes later, still not open. We went somewhere else. Hard to run a business if your a manager and setting the example

I never post reviews, but this needed to be said. The restaurant is in horrible condition.. extremely dirty. Papers and straws blown under the fry station. Yuck smeared on the front of the plate filling area. The sauce bottles on the tables looked like there were growing things..! We were there before noon on a Saturday. The food was already cooked and ready for plating. It was Luke warm and overcooked. The hushpuppies were so greasy.. one bite and my mouth was full of grease. My hubby said the coleslaw was great, so there's that. Our server/
cashier was extremely sweet! But those 2 positives aren't enough to out weigh the grime under and around the trash bins or the slippery dirty floors.

Drive through, we pulled in at 8:40 pm drove off at 9:10 pm. Horrible wait time, they didn't even say sorry for the wait, ever fast food place says sorry for the wait. They did throw in a huge variety platter for free, but I would rather have fast service than free food any day! Food tasted good for Long John's.

Trash can was overflowing, trash on top because it was too full. Dirty tables with plates and trash. No napkins, ball of hair on the floor, floor so dirty, drink/condiment area was so filthy, lids all over, I had to ask for a rag to wipe out our roof and the table. Placed order at 6:02 pm. It's almost 6:30 still waiting on food. This is terrible. Also the KFC in Mustang is just like this one. Come on Staff, I know you can better than this. Oh and one of my pieces of shrimp was still frozen, I took it to the counter person and she didn't know that it was a piece of shrimp. She asked if it was chicken. Come on, now!! This is my last dine in experience at LJS/A&W

This place is trash been waiting in line for a hour and nothing was right paid 40 dollars for slow poor service and for our order to be wrong. Will not come back. I love long John silvers but absolutely the worst place to come to here in Yukon.

Stood for 20 mins waiting to order
There were about 5 people standing with us waiting on to go orders! One for 47 mins one for 37 mins
We finally left we still had 2 in front of us that was standing as long as we were
Awful management
One worker was walking around lost she could have been taking orders

Not what it used to be. Chicken is super small. One piece of chicken is 2.79 and it's tiny. Used to get twice the amount of food for half the cost. Seems like prices went up while portion size went down

Went in there and stood there for 10 minutes. No one took my order or even the knowledge that I was there. so I walked out. People in front of me said they were there for longer than ten minutes Waiting to be helped.

Terrible! Place was disgusting. The condiment station was gross with trash all over it, and no ketchup. The tables were all nasty. We had to wipe off our own table just to be able to sit and eat. Other customers were commenting on how nasty the store was and how they must have forgotten about their food. Behind the counter there was old food all on the floor and empty bags. The malt vinegar sauce on the tables looked old with rings around the bottles. Someone came in from the drive thru bringing their order back in.
Nasty and very overpriced for the experience!!

They are always very understaffed & backed up causing the very few customers they do have to wait 30 mins for an online order. The employees are always doing their best & working very hard considering. Disappointed that corporate treats their employees this way if they had more employees they could serve more ppl alot faster.
The food is pretty good 75% of the time.

I ordered the fish and chicken platter. Just to get home and only have 3 pieces of meat instead of 5. HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN??? I Also ordered the L 7 and it was wrong. They won’t even answer the phone ! A lot of money spent just to be jipped on my food! Very disappointing! Based on other reviews, Sounds like they’re keeping part of peoples orders for themselves on the customers dime.
