They are always very understaffed & backed up causing the very few customers they do have to wait 30 mins for an online order. The employees are always doing their best & working very hard considering. Disappointed that corporate treats their employees this way if they had more employees they could serve more ppl alot faster.
The food is pretty good 75% of the time.

There was no tarter sause in the pump, no small lids for our drinks, no plastic forks or spoons, and they were not busy. As a matter of fact, the person on the register was outside talking on his phone when we drove up and told us he would be right with us.

Parking: They only have waffles fries now, no french fries. I prefer French fries.

Drive thru is broken. There was only two people working. Had to wait quite a while but the food was super hot and fresh. I really hope this location stays. It's one of the last in the area.
