I’ve never been here before but my server shakyrah was probably the best server I’ve ever had at a restaurant and im definitely coming back here. If she’s your server you’ll definitely be taken care of so tip well, I know I’m tipping good.

I usually love Longhorn Steakhouse! But this specific location sucks! I will never ever hog there again. We went today, it was me, my son, my sister and her husband and my niece we ordered appetizers (mushrooms and chicken bites) and we all had a steak or chicken. When we got there we waited over 15 minutes after being seated for someone to get our drink orders but no one came we had to ask someone to send the waitress over and the waitress was awful! Didn't smile or greet us. She didn't get my son's order right or mine. When we called the manager over to complain about the waitress and my steak, which I waited for like 20 minutes for the new one, and about the shrimp my sister and son got, the manager was dismissive and said that's how they make it. They were burnt and we tried to explain to him that we know what it is supposed to look like he ignored us. He did say he would take care of our bill which was fine but not the point. Not once did he apologize nor did the waitress. The whole experience was very bad. Not anything like what we have experienced before at other locations. It was very disappointing to say the least.

Our server, Alan, was very prompt and friendly. The steaks were done to perfection. We were a group of four and had two appetizers. The wild West shrimp and the Texas tonions. The wild restaurant has a little bit of a spicy kick to it and the tonions were very good as well. The pricing was not as bad as we thought it would be. You definitely get your money's worth.

We came in on 2/1/26. Our 20 minute wait turned into 90 minutes. No apologies...just a bunch of incompetent people standing around with blank stares! TOTALLY FAILED LONGHORNS!

Won’t take reservations, won’t hold table until entire party shows up. But yet when the rest of our party was here, they waited on the rest of another large party to show and seated them before seating us, even though we were here first. Then they wanted to separate us. If you’re going to have a policy, then it’s the same policy for everyone. Food is great, service at this location I would say not so much.
We absolutely love the Longhorn Steakhouse in Yukon. We order takeout from here often because it’s so convenient, and the food is always excellent — but honestly, it’s the service that keeps us coming back.
Recently, I was hosting a family birthday gathering during a week that unexpectedly turned into a very difficult time for our family due to a loss. I was overwhelmed and short on time, and Longhorn stepped in and helped me in a way that meant more than they probably realize. I won’t share the details because I wouldn’t want anyone taking advantage of their kindness, but their team showed genuine care and generosity. My whole family was incredibly grateful. We made it a point to come dine in that same week and personally let the GM know how wonderful their managers were.
Tonight we had a small mix-up with a to-go order where part of our food was swapped with another order — adult entrées for kids’ meals. Mistakes happen, and what mattered most was how they handled it. They were polite, quick to respond, and immediately made it right. As someone on a tight budget, I truly appreciated how fairly they resolved it.
When we dine in, the experience is just as great — friendly servers, attentive service, and food that comes out in a timely manner.
Also, fun bonus: espresso martinis aren’t on the menu, but the bar staff makes an excellent one if you ask!
If you’re looking for a great meal with a team that genuinely cares about their guests, Longhorn Steakhouse in Yukon is it.

After 6 months you would think this place would improve but unfortunately not. Service very slow. Ordered 1 beer and a sangria they did not arrive for 35 minutes. Steak was overcooked. Very disappointing

Great atmosphere here, everytime I dine in I feel like Kurt Russel in the hateful eight. My figurative belt buckle shimmers in the cowboy lighting as I leave the men’s room. I break hypothetical guitars when I taste the steak. Never have I felt like a real American cowboy in any other restaurant. For me this is peak cowboy living. When I leave the restaurant and get ready to climb into my Toyota Sienna I feel as if I’ve just stepped outside in Wyoming getting ready to go on a cattle drive. Longhorn steakhouse is the American dream , visualized in steak and other favorites. I get a Togo box so I can feel like a cowboy at home.
