Absolutely wouldn’t recommend this place. We waited 10-15 minutes to be seated, no problem. We got seated with two other tables, though the restaurant did not look busy. Once seated, we sat there for TWENTY minutes. Nobody said anything to us, didn’t even get drinks ordered. The other two tables had drinks and appetizers already. We had our entire appetizer & meals picked out but decided to leave as we wouldn’t feel comfortable dining and tipping after the horrible service (or lack of) that we received. Super disappointed, as we live nearby.

My family and I have been going to Luigi’s in Westbury for a few years now, and it has always been a wonderful dining spot for lunch and dinner! There is a good amount of options to choose from. I have also went here with my partner, and we are able to eat gluten-free here, too! Although those options are a lot more limited, we greatly enjoy the Gluten-free Lemon Pepper Chicken Pasta each time!
Every time that we went, the service was always great. They checked in on our table and made sure all the drinks and food were good! Luigi’s has such warm and delicious breadsticks that we greatly enjoy with their herbs and olive oil. My family and I get the Mozzarella Sticks, and they are so so good too! They are nice and crispy on the outside with hot, stretchy cheese on the inside. It pairs wonderfully with the marinara and/or ranch sauces!
On one of the times that I went with my partner, the server did provide breadsticks, but once we asked for gluten-free options they made sure if we still wanted them! We really appreciated that since it gave us an option on what to do with it. Thankfully, I was able to take it home for my family and I since we do not necessarily need to eat gluten-free.
My parents love the Chicken Marsala Pasta—so much so that they ask me about it any time I am at another Italian restaurant. However, Luigi’s is always the one place that has their favorite dish! My sibling usually got a Pepperoni Pizza and greatly enjoys that as well!
I have tried the Chicken Alfredo, Chicken Marsala, Gluten-free Lemon Pepper Chicken, Florentine, and Tortellini Pastas before. Out of all of them I would highly recommend the Chicken Marsala, Gluten-free Lemon Pepper Chicken, and Florentine Pastas!
The chicken here is always nicely cooked with a delicious, more crispy outer layer. However, it is still juicy! The vegetables are cooked well, too. For the Gluten-free Lemon Pepper Chicken Pasta, the vegetables complimented the Pasta well! It was flavorful while not being overpowering. The Lemon Pesto Sauce was light and refreshing!
As for the Florentine Pasta, it was so delicious. It had a creamy Alfredo sauce, but what especially won me over was the Bacon and Mushrooms. I feel like it really added to it and was satisfyingly filling.
Also, I have tried the Nanny’s Cheesecake here, and it is perfect! It is a reasonable size and satisfies any desire for sweetness. The cheesecake layer is soft while the crushed graham crackers and crust holds it together well and adds texture. The strawberry sauce paired nicely with it!
Overall, I feel that the dining experience at Luigi’s is perfect for any occasion. I have been here on normal going-out days as well as some more special events! I did not go to my high school graduation ceremony since I knew a night out at Luigi’s would feel like more of a celebration! We had such delicious food, and we did not have to sit for hours on end. I have also came here on my birthday!
If you are in the area, I would highly recommend checking out Luigi’s in Westbury! I think this a place that I as well as my family and partner would love to keep coming back to!

It was a very pleasant visit! Our server was very helpful and attentive. I got the gluten free lemon pepper chicken.
When we asked for gluten free menu, they were very helpful and even asked if we wanted the bread sticks considering we couldn't eat them. They even helped with identifying a dish from an old photo
The chicken had a very nice and flavorful crust, and the veggies were well cooked and went well with the pesto. The extra bread stick seasoning also went very well with the pasta.
What a little gem off I40 and Morgan!!! If I could do a TV commercial I would! These peeps have two of these in the metro and one in Chicksha. Good homemade Italian with a good atmosphere, happy hour, shareables before dinner, huge portions( I ate on my dinner plate for two Lunches that week. Yummy homemade sauce, meatballs, sausage, Caesar dressings, real bread sticks with olive oil and balsamic and this little plate of seasoning to mix in for dipping the bread sticks. Never got around to dessert. Too full. Go , treat yourself to some old time Italian. I think the dad, who has passed opened Newcastle store in ‘58. Just do it! Update: Tool my son and his wife here and had a repeat performance!!! Really enjoy this place!! Ate outside both times since the weather agreed. Good food good conversation and several table touches from the owner. Go try it!!! You’ll like it!!

Great hidden gem! Very quiet and nice staff. Music was at an acceptable volume and not blaring loud like most restaurants. I got the margarita flight and it was very good and well priced. The portions of food are large. I got the chicken parmesan and had enough for two meals. Will definitely be back!
