Ordered 2 pies at 5pm, took 43 min for pizza that I came to pick up. The last couple of times the service has been slow. They also gave me a wrong pizza!

GREAT pizza. We like the old world style pepperoni that curls up and gets crispy. We pick up our own, but they offer delivery. They have a couple of tables inside so you can eat there while watching them make pizza, which is entertaining.

YALL NEED TRAINING! Ordered my 2 pizzas 20 minutes before picking up, thinking I could pick them up and go but no instead I sat in the lobby for another 20 minutes staring at my order in the back while ALL 3 employees completely disappeared leaving me and another customer in the lobby, phone ringing off the hook and people waiting in the drive through being ignored... not trying to be a Karen but this is ridiculous

If you want your pizza within 30-45 mins don't order delivery from this location. If you're good with waiting 2.5-3 hours, this is the place for you! Enjoy the cold pizza and awful wait times.

I had a large supremel pizza minus green peppers and mushrooms and a order or cheese bread with a 2 liter of Dr pepper. Well we waited and waited for the driver to show up. Finally we got a call he was lost and so my boyfriend met him at the entrance. He gave us our pizza. Then left without giving us our drinks. Had to call him back and he said to meet him back at the spot. Ok open the pizza COLD pizza!!! Wasn't even cooked in the middle. Called the manager and she said I'm sorry I will reimburse you your pizza. Marcos pizza failed to reimburse me my money, this to me is terrible service.

We placed an order at the Yukon, OK location (509 W Vandament) at 6:29pm with a promise time of 6:59pm per the email. At 7:25pm I call the store to find out they are short staffed but would be delivered within 30 min. 40 min later I call back and they still had my pizza at the store with zero apologies and a very rude tone. If I was able to, I would’ve just picked it up, but at this point our pizza was old and not fresh and I canceled the order. Before the employee got any other info from me he hung up on me. Being busy is one thing, which I was understanding of, but lack of professionalism, no apology, and rude customer service is not acceptable.
Food was okay, but a little pricey, basic salad was $8!! Do not dine in, to go orders maybe. They did not even have cups for drinks. First & last time we will eat here.

Yesterday we ordered Marco's for a kid's birthday party and specifically ordered thin crust since it's cut into squares. When we received the pizza it was thick crust cut into slices. I called Marco's and they replaced it immediately and refunded our money. They made a mistake but were kind and did an excellent job making it right--very quickly!

Ordered a few pizzas and they were left on the front porch without a knock or a doorbell ring. After 15 minutes after expected delivery time we called only to have them tell us our order was delivered. Our order that was left on the front porch was not cut, undercooked, and missing ingredients. We called to ask them about the issues with our order and were hung up on. The employee in charge told us they could not remake the pizzas even though they were not close to closing, and they would not refund the order.
