McAlister's Deli

Food was amazing. Hot and fresh. Staff was extremely helpful and responsive. The time that I visited the location was very busy, but the service was fast and amazing.

I really like their Mac and cheese but the French dip isn’t great and the meat is very fatty. I bet their other sandwiches are good, French dips are always hit or miss.

Plenty of customers today but they had three registers opened which made the line go down quickly. Food was delivered promptly and our sweet teas were refilled. Happy tummies.

McAlister's is a safe bet every time. But remember the sandwichs are of the typical lunch meat variety and the sides are also typical to the norm. Great place to eat in a clean environment. Superb employees, could not ask for better. Stop in.

I used to love this place. But today the soup was very different and my sandwich was so salty I could not even eat it and my tongue was sore from it. I called in just to let them know how much I enjoy their food and I had the honor of speaking to Brandon who I am assuming was the manager and he could care less about what I had to say about this experience. Mind you they had the best Broccoli and cheddar soup which I was just informed by Brandon they receive it from a distributor and then they heat that up and serve it to us, so the soup is not even made in house. Which was another disappointment. Probably will not eat here again.

First time eating here and I downloaded the app and tried to scan my receipt but didn’t have a barcode on it. They used it to donate to charity or something without asking me first. Then I addressed the issue and they asked for my phone number and said they put my points on there but I checked today and they still aren’t on there. I got my food and there was a huge piece of hair in my club sandwich. They took my plate back and said they would make another. They didn’t seem like it was a big deal. I won’t be returning.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at McAlister's Deli, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The salad and chili I ordered were nothing short of superb. Each bite was fresh and bursting with flavor, truly a testament to the quality of their ingredients.

Food was delicious, with generous portions! Staff and Manager(?) were all friendly and helpful! This may be one of our "go-to" places to eat regularly. They have a great Rewards program.
