Got the wrong food for my Togo order the guy who handled it made it seem like it was my problem saying “ they probably just gave you the wrong food , I drove 30mins there and back before I noticed and had to go back, no refund offered and no apology

Everybody there has great customer service skills except the manager, she really needs to work on her attitude

Place has gone downhill quick. 30 minutes for my food is insane

Food finally came out. My Cuban was cold and my soup ice cold. Maybe a new manager would make this place efficient. What happened to the nice guy that use to run the store?

I literally cannot believe how good the Memphian is. I ordered it to split with my daughter, no tomato. No spicy mustard on her half. The meats on the sandwich or so juicy. The mustard and the mayonnaise work together so well. It's one of the best sandwiches I've ever had

I called another location to order a catering order for my office. I was treated poorly, and they asked me to call back later in the day. I hung up and called the other nearest location. This is where the magic began. I was immediately transferred to Christopher, who took my order and provided amazing customer service. We have meetings often, and McAlisters is always a big hit. I will only be calling the Yukon location from here on out. Thank you so much, Christopher!

We come every Sunday. The staff is great. The food comes out exceptionally fast and is consistently prepared well. There is not another deli in the Yukon area that can compare!

The beef on my French dip was red, like cooked rare. I pulled it off, but it had made the bread soggy. I've always loved McAlisters and have always been happy with my meal so just a assumed a bad day in the kitchen. Will never order french dip again though.

I’ve been patient with this store but everytime I order a meal from here, especially to go or pick up, something is wrong, missing, or incorrectly made. I wish we had other healthier options in Yukon as it is very frustrating to deal with this location.
