Was told my money is not needed, by the manager him self, at this location. Fries was cold. Order was wrong 😑 I ordered 2x double quarter pounder cheeseburgers and got 2x single qpc. And never walked into my house with the drink I payed for! Never will I be going to this!! I don’t recommend this place!!

Can’t get a damn order correct i come through drive through order same thing everytime! A plain cheeseburger happy meal and almost every single time my cheeseburger has everything on it or a few things on it but this time it had the Big Mac sauce and pickles! How can you mess up a simple order every single time.

First we ordered our food and they gave us the wrong order then after that I went and reordered the sandwich we where supposed to originally get. The digital manager started speaking Spanish to the other employees infront of me instead of helping me.
So after we ate our meal I went up and asked for a small bag for the remainder of our meal to take home. The digital manager grabbed a small bag and started speaking Spanish to the employees in the back. Turning her back toward me. I waited as the employees all stopped and looked my way but non approached to help. The digital manager then finally gave me the bag and as I said to her the food was great thanks she ignored me and left quickly. Horrible management for sure.
Was happy with the food as it was great. But the interaction with the manager based off a simple miss understanding was horrible. If that is who or what McDonald's wants to represent they will no longer getting my business. She went above and beyond to be rude. So yeah long story short if they want to treat the customers like that then no need to keep supporting them.

I have no idea what young man they have working that drive through window but every time I place an online order and go to tell him my code he proceeds to tell me that my order is being refunded or that my order doesn’t show up and always takes another employee to actually get my order because he can seem to never find it or do it correctly it’s ridiculous and that guy needs to be fired or trained and wastes my time every time I go.

Female manager was unprofessional and rude as all hells! I went in as a Dasher to get orders and one didn’t go through in their system, I understand mistakes happen but when I tried to explain I would personally place the order and DoorDash would pay them she only flipped me off and kept speaking so fast I couldn’t understand her. She wouldn’t let me explain anything properly and cut me off multiple times until I said ‘forget this’ and lost out on money and time for other orders to come through.
Rude, unprofessional, terrible customer service! Literally don’t waste your time here after 12pm the managers awful.

I ordered a breakfast this morning, a number 1 and a number 10. My husband found a really long hair in his egg McMuffin which in return ruined both our breakfast cuz who wants to finish their meals after that's found in their food!!?? Never going back. That's disgusting

Today I went thru the drive to get me a chicken sandwich and I had ordered it on my app but it wasn't ready when I drove thru the drive so they told me to park. I waited about 10 minutes then I went inside to get it .Then when I asked where my order was the lady and man spoke no English said they couldn't find me I understood cause I speak Spanish then they prececeded to say not nice things about me in Spanish then handed me my sandwich and it was cold.I will never go there again.Rude and Disrespectful
