can't get ahold of anyone in the store. paid for a 6 piece happy meal and got a 4 piece instead. they never get the order right it seems. if I had a way to go up there, I would, but my husband is at work. how freaking hard is it to get the order correct?
Accidentally placed an order at this location (wrong locarion, I was at a different McDonald’s). Called them immediately after I clicked the “place” button. 1st call someone answers and says “hello, hold on” than hangs up on me. I proceed to call several times over the next 20-30 minutes. Not a single answer. I was just calling to see if I could cancel my order and get a refund. Terrible professionalism.
They messed up my order. I asked for no onions even my receipt said no onions and my burger was covered in it! I tried to use rewards and they didn't take it off there at all.
