Terrible service. Nobody knows what to do. Asked for a hot fudge sundae and this is what I got. Barely a smidge of hot fudge! McDonald’s needs to hire more intelligent workers. Thank goodness this is not a place I shop often. Just had a craving for hot fudge and got crap. Not only that, first they took forever then the little dude comes out with a caramel order which I guess he wanted in the first place because as I leave he says he’s going to snack on it. Another reason to never shop this place again anywhere in Oklahoma

I rarely come on to do reviews for a fast food place, but this made me mad. Go through drive through at 7:30pm, it's not busy at all. Used the app, the person on the speaker, no issue. Get to the 2nd window, and wait 6-7 minutes with two people by the window, not even acknowledging me. Not sure what's going on, they look out the window, see me, and just seem to ignore me. I had no idea if they were waiting on a sandwich or what. Usually they at least hand you the drink, and let you know if they are waiting on something. Just never experienced that before here, I wasn't rude to anyone. Never going back to that place, probably why it was slow.

I was in the drive thru, the girl taking my order had me repeat it multiple times gave a rude attitude towards me, and started raising her voice after she got my order wrong, food was okay but service was horrible

Everyone who worked the drive thru at the McDonald's in Yukon, OK, could not speak English!!! After verifying it 3 or 4 times, we still did not get what we wanted!!! It was a very stressful and disappointing visit. We won't go back there again.

You are never wrong with McDonald's... Fast food and hot fresh fries... just lovely!
Gave a low score for multiple reasons. If your going through drive through then no issues. Inside however is incredibly small. Extremely slow service. They were completely out of toilet paper. Took them till we were leaving to replace it. They gave a dining in time so better eat and get out. It's placed on the wall. Every thing possible that could beep was going off. Definitely overwhelming. Going to guess to much work for a short staff. I did notice the large and tall boss man not helping. He seems to be a watcher instead of a helper. They had a new cashier as well, she was learning. I have patience not a problem, she was nice but the manager guy wasn't really teaching her. He was a bit disappointing to watch. Location is good so it's odd it's so small.
And they close at 11 and 9:30 and they were no longer serving better to go to

The food was cold. The order takers were rude and the bathrooms are disgusting. I mean, I know it’s McDonald’s but it’s like they’re not even trying here.
Parking: Extremely difficult to park since half the driveway is expect to be where you pull in and out of a parking spot.
