Ordered two drinks, neither tasted like flavors asked for. Was asked what we ordered three times by different employees after ordering bc forgot what order was and people walked in after us, ordered and got what they ordered before us after waiting 15min.

Great tasting coffee. Very affordable and friendly. Much better than all the chains. I will definitely be back.

I came here with my daughter today and we loved it! I got a salted caramel latte and she had a chai that she LOVED! So yummy! Atmosphere is great. everything is clean and cute, I even noticed they had a cute high hair and a bean bag chair in the back. The girl who helped us was so nice and patient while I probably took a million years to order because I hadn’t been there before lol! We will definitely be back!

Ordered a 2 gluten free cupcakes on Thursday to pick up on Friday and they never made them. Didn’t have any available. Now don’t have a cupcake for her birthday.

Good Lattes and Frappuccino. Got a Gluten-Free Macaron from the bakery and it was good as well. They had other gluten free options but didn't try them.

Literally the worst coffee ever. Was watered down coffee GROUNDS. Would rather let the absence of coffee ruin my morning over awful coffee.

Purchased cupcakes for an office birthday party. Their machine wasn't printing receipts so they were going to email me one. The email never came, so when I called them asking for a receipt they told me they could not get it unless I knew who handled my order. Since I had no idea who took my order, I gave them the precise date and time and she said that won't help. I asked her if there was anything that could be done, and she said no.

I'm almost positive they just put hot sink water in my Americano. It was super weak and tasted horrible. Don't go for the coffee!!

Please train your baristas! My husband ordered plain lattes and the young girl poured coffee into the cups and stirred in milk! The coffee was really good but the order was wrong.

Apart from Buttersweet, Motion is just not good. Little understanding of espresso drinks, tons of grounds in the drip coffee, slow service.

First off, this place smells absolutely wonderful because of the cupcakes! Barista didn’t know how to make a 6oz americano so that’s why I’m only giving two stars. Otherwise the place is fine.
