I routinely get the same order every single Monday to start my week with a special treat, but all the sudden a few months ago the quality completely tanked. I loved it so much that I kept trying thinking maybe it was just one or two bad times, but they kept persistently letting me down. I tried to reach out to talk to them instead of going straight to the internet. They did not care what I had to say. So just coming here to let everyone know that’s it’s not worth it. They obviously don’t care about loyal customers or their quality. 😔 This is a pic of the last order I had. I asked for toasted with extra cream cheese. Bagel was stale and cold, and there was barely any cream cheese at all. This is what my orders have looked like the past four months. I won’t be going back anytime soon, if at all.

I love OSB, and frequent other locations. Unfortunately, this location is closest to my home, and severely lacks in service quality. I routinely wait at the drive thru speaker or window for at least five minutes, often closer to ten, and have to repeat my order multiple times to ensure it's been rung up correctly.

Today I got to the window and the employee was not only talking on her phone, but continued to do so, while taking my payment and handing me my food.

I will continue to love OSB, but avoid this location if at all possible.

Rip off for sure. 2 little pieces of ham egg is small as they can get it. So you pretty much pay 9 dollars for bagel

My wife and I grab some breakfast after our doctor visit next door. This was the most disappointing order we have received from any OSB location. Every other location has given us a pretty solid standard of what to expect and this location did not meet that standard. I ordered a french toast bagel with strawberry cream cheese and My wife got a lox and cream cheese on an everything bagel.

My bagel came with the thinnest layer of cream cheese. Not even a 1/8th inch thick between my two halves. My wife's lox and cream cheese came piled with way too many capers. Please fix this and retrain your staff.

Used to be great, but they frequently skimp on cream cheese and bacon now. We get the jalapeño cheddar bagels, which cost 40 cents more, but they now have the barest sprinkle of cheese (where they used to have a slice) and very little jalapeño. They also have started charging for toasting the bagel. It's time to find a better bagel shop.

The toasted bagel breakfast and lunch sandwiches are particularly nice with jalapeno cream cheese. The manager, Karen, is extremely friendly and helpful. I go here for a nice calm break in my day too.

Spent $8 on a ‘toasted’ turkey and cream cheese.
It’s certainly isn’t toasted, it’s chewy. And boy, take a look at the mound of turkey I was given. Won’t be back

This is the worst Old School Bagel location. We already haven't eaten there very frequently because it's always extremely hit or miss. Last week we placed a mobile order for two jalapeno cheddar bagels, toasted, with bacon chive and onion cream cheese. They called not long after placing the order, saying they only had a single jalapeno cheddar left- no biggy, things run out. I switched mine to an everything bagel, which is frustrating because you pay slightly more for the jalapeno cheddar and they never offered to refund the cost or offered any change when I picked the order up. It's only 30 cents so I didn't fuss, but still extremely unprofessional. When we got home, the bagels had hardly any cream cheese, and were essentially not toasted. There was a slight dark ring around the edge like they kind of tried, but beyond that, the bagels were only vaguely warm and soft.

We tried again just this morning, same order. Same order, except we picked 2X toasted this time. Same problems. Hardly any cream cheese, somehow less toasted than last time? Just a slightly burned edge on one half of my bagel and nothing else. I dunno if whatever they use to toast the bagels is busted or what, but either way the employees simply don't care enough to make sure the bagels are ACTUALLY toasted before assembling, and are still shorting the cream cheese regardless.

We're not going back. I'd rather drive all the way to an Edmond location, if we bother with the chain at all anymore. Damn shame- bagels are like, the simplest meal possible, and if they actually did it right here, we'd be there *constantly*. At this point, never again.

I came in and got two sandwiches and the lady that was making the sandwiches, she was digging in her ears, watch the cameras between 9:35-9:40 you will see her talking to another working towards the back of the store when this was happening! 9/30/2024
