While the food tastes good, the staff are incompetent. We went twice, ordering a total of 4 sandwiches and 3 of them were wrong. The first time we ordered two sandwiches, a BLT and a Turkey Avocado with no tomatoes and add mayo, what we got was a BLT with no tomatoes (so just a BL) with Avocado and a Turkey Avocado with tomatoes and no avocado. Not sure how you mess that up.... We went back to give them another chance and ordered a Cuban and once again a Turkey Avocado with no tomatoes add Mayo and bacon. The Cuban came out correct, but the turkey avocado was missing the mayo. At the end of the day no biggie I added it at home but it's really sad that out of 4 sandwiches only 1 was made correctly. 25% accuracy is all they can manage and they are only open for breakfast and lunch. While the bagels are good we won't be going back since our orders can't be made correctly.

Love their food. They always have the freshest bagels. I love all their cream cheeses, but vegetable is my favorite. Service is always quick and friendly. Their ice tea selection is good too.

I have been here three times. 2/3 they have either forgotten an order, or completely messed up an order. Then when you call to let them know the situation, the manager is apathetic towards it and barely gives you a sorry. I understand making mistakes but maybe try to learn how to actually sound like you feel bad about the problem. I have a panera closer to my house and we will be going there from now on.
Jesus is so kind and helpful. This location is always friendly and the food is always made exactly how I ordered it and is delicious.
