Came in at 10:15pm ish after a long shift. Lady up front was very understanding at the fact that i dont come in often. She was polite, quick and patient. I got broccoli and beef, two orange chicken helpings, and lo mein. Hot and fresh for a place that was gonna close in 40 minutes!!

Don't go in!!!, it took 20 min right in front!!! They work on widow orders and call inns before they EVER ACKNOWLEDGE YOU!@! AND THE FOOD WAS HORRIBLE AND BLAND!!! Yall need to work on your service skills now come on guys!! Won't go here ever again you suck!

I asked for white rice, they give me fried. I point this out they then cross contaminate allergens vs getting an entirely different container.

i swear the food is never fresh here, it’s always cold. almost every time i go they are out of rice or noodles, never any mention of how long it will be til there is more, just that they’re out. last time i went for my daughter’s school fundraiser night they were out of ice in the lobby (3 other families there) and wouldn’t give us ice from the machine in the back. i seriously don’t leave bad reviews but i will never go back to this location. these things aren’t even that major, i guess, but they just make the experience overall bad.

The young man who served me only filled my large box of teriyaki chicken 3/4 full even after I pointed it out to him. He gave me a a lame excuse that the breast are all different sizes. That has nothing to do with how full the box should be filled. I won’t be returning to that location as much as I love Panda Express!

Just left here getting lunch I opened my box & they forgot my beef w/ broccoli. I have tried to call the store 5 times and not one answer. Not to mention they were super super slow today.
Fried rice tastes like a dirty sponge and the walnut shrimp had all the coating falling off and was darn near naked. Seasame chicken was okay. Women at window was rude, asked for forks and sauve shed said it was and we got shorted silverware and some sauces we asked for . ps parking lot was packed and crap to park there

Second time I've ordered the same thing from this place. A big plate. 2 sides and 3 entrees. Ordered 5 packets of chili sauce to go with it both times. First time I only got 1. Figured it was a mistake. Ordered this morning and still can't get what I ordered. What's wrong with this location? Is there some big Panda Express chili packet shortage I'm not aware of? Charge for them if you need to, I'll pay! This location is just on some other stuff. Weird to short people on free sauce packets when it's labeled free and they ask for a reasonable amount.
