Ordering through the drive through was made so difficult by the employee, I had no clue of what i was going to get as he had absolutely no clue how to take an order, the had no money to make change it was a pure cluster!

We stopped by around 5:40 PM and immediately ran into issues. The restaurant was out of Chow Mein for the rest of the night, which was disappointing since we brought our kids specifically because they enjoy the noodles. We almost left, but with no backup plan, we got back in line.
When it came time to order, we were then told they were also out of rice and that it would be about a 10 minute wait. We reluctantly agreed, paid, and went to find a table. Unfortunately, every table was dirty. We chose the least dirty one and wiped it down ourselves with napkins. Looking around further, the floors clearly had not been swept in some time and both trash cans were overflowing.
What made this more frustrating was that there were at least six employees visible behind the counter. Despite that, there was a clear lack of urgency, initiative, and overall management. The restaurant just felt poorly run at the time we were there.
I hope this review is seen by management so they can address these issues and improve the experience going forward.

Can’t get any worse. Every table was completely covered with trash and left over food from prior customers. 6:00pm not busy at all had a wait on almost every single entree.

My husband went to pick up a to go order and was harassed by the front desk worker due to an old phone number being on the order. My husband told the worker the entire order multiple times and the old phone number that corresponded with the order and was given the run around. The worker even looked at him in disgust during the encounter. I will not be returning to this establishment.

This is not a place ran by competent people. We waited for 30 minutes for our food when the online ordering system had already notified us that the food was done, when we asked again how much longer it would be they said it had been ready the whole time and they were remaking it... $65 worth of food waste due to lack of attention, nice job guys. Orange chicken is GOAT, though, maybe just not from this location... Edit: The second order was completely wrong and half missing, so I reduced my stars to a 1 across the board. The employees and managers need some significant training.
