The food was hot and fresh, service was not great, one guy came over and started taking our order, the manager came over and sent him on a different task, the manager just stood there for a bit, then went and had someone else come take our order, he finally did, but between each person in our group of 6 he left and went and done something else, like fixing a to go order, or drive thru order so it took forever. They had just had a huge rush so all of the tables were dirty, and the trash cans were overflowing. Was not a great experience.

Spent 15 minutes waiting for the drive through just to be told that 75% of their items had a 15 minute wait on them. This was at 6:00pm which is prime dinner rush. Very disappointed in this facility, bc we love panda but this location never has anything available. This is not the only time this has occurred. Spend your money elsewhere.

Gloria served us and 10/10 was the rudest drive through worker I’ve ever encountered. Made me drop my change then didn’t say anything. Didn’t tell me my total at first. Didn’t put any sauce in the bag for anything. I truly will never understand why the hell people hire people like this.
