This guy was working all alone in the store making pizzas boxing and everything. It was 11:30pm but still. I hope they get more people, but that man was a working machine. I also realized that I don’t think they have their own drivers, they use DoorDash drivers which might be why the pizzas are cold…

The pizza was delivered almost cold. I tried calling the store in Yukon OK, and it rang with no answer for 10 minutes and 33 seconds before I gave up. Never had this poor of service from Papa John's before. Beyond disappointed

Went to pick up my pizza and the girl with the grown out blond hair was a opening up her braids in the kitchen, shaking it out and hand combed it. Then proceeded to hand us our pizza. Very unsanitary.

Was waiting to get our pizza and the girl behind the register was taken down her braids playing with her hair and then hands us our pizza very very unprofessional and gross 🤮 do better

Worst experience from the start to end! Ordered pizza for my staff and included in the delivery instructions what business it was being delivered to. An hour goes by and I end up calling them asking where my pizza is and they said "oh the delivery driver couldn't find it" Noone called me to ask me for help finding our business. Our business is on a main road in a strip mall with other businesses. I ask to speak to a manager and he refused to speak to me to resolve anything, just had a regular employee handle something a manager should have handled

By far the most disgusting pizza I’ve ever had in my life. (And I typically enjoy papa John’s just not this location)
Trust the rest of the reviews. I didn't and this was the worst Papa John's I've ever had. Literally a pizza made in a rush. No rise on the crust so the whole thing was flat but thicker than a thin crust. Cheese wasn't even fully melted when I requested a well done pizza.
Cheap place without standards. Save your money and take it anywhere else. All American can make a better pizza and it's so much cheaper.

The manager Shauna wants to charge when you 'exchange' the garlic sauce (that I'm allergic to) for a different sauce! And her explanation is 'Sales are down, I charge for everything'. Well your sales may go up if you provided better customer satisfaction! The quality of the food at this location is as terrible as the customer service.
