Wanted to order pizza from my local pizza place not deal with tech support. I dont know who up the chain decided to reroute all calls to a call center but i think id rather get dominos then deal with that again

Went to pick up my pizza and the girl with the grown out blond hair was a opening up her braids in the kitchen, shaking it out and hand combed it. Then proceeded to hand us our pizza. Very unsanitary.

Worst experience from the start to end! Ordered pizza for my staff and included in the delivery instructions what business it was being delivered to. An hour goes by and I end up calling them asking where my pizza is and they said "oh the delivery driver couldn't find it" Noone called me to ask me for help finding our business. Our business is on a main road in a strip mall with other businesses. I ask to speak to a manager and he refused to speak to me to resolve anything, just had a regular employee handle something a manager should have handled

Trust the rest of the reviews. I didn't and this was the worst Papa John's I've ever had. Literally a pizza made in a rush. No rise on the crust so the whole thing was flat but thicker than a thin crust. Cheese wasn't even fully melted when I requested a well done pizza.
Cheap place without standards. Save your money and take it anywhere else. All American can make a better pizza and it's so much cheaper.

The manager Shauna wants to charge when you 'exchange' the garlic sauce (that I'm allergic to) for a different sauce! And her explanation is 'Sales are down, I charge for everything'. Well your sales may go up if you provided better customer satisfaction! The quality of the food at this location is as terrible as the customer service.

I called the store and asked a simple question about what they offer on birthdays and was met with such a rude tone and then hung up on before I could say anything else all this from the manager.
The manager Shauna wants to charge when you 'exchange' the garlic sauce (that I'm allergic to) for a different sauce! And her explanation is 'Sales are down, I charge for everything'. Well your sales may go up if you provided better customer satisfaction! The quality of the food at this location is as terrible as the customer service.
I asked and I was told Papa John do not give military discount! I'm a 100% disabled veteran.

I got the new cheeseburger pizza. The sauce is like a thousand island dressing. It had way too much sauce on it. There weren't very many burger pieces on the pizza it was skimpy. The flavor was good just not a lot of toppings.
I love this Papa Johns but the 3rd party order takers are HORRIBLE. I do not like this system and want to speak directly to the store. The Speak to a manager option never works, and the order takers cannot speak english or take card info without mistakes. I may stop using this store for food. ( Best Pizza ever! Worst customer service ever!)
