The people are nice and wonderful, but I feel like their pho broth could be better. It taste like they cook their uncooked meat inside their pho broth. It just doesn't taste clean.

This place used to be very good to come, but lately they’re pricing gone up in the quality of foot going down
I took my order and did not bring the appetizers until I asked if they were still coming and that was after I completed the meal.

This used to be a favorite spot for our family, but it doesn’t feel quite the same anymore. On our recent visit, the pho broth tasted lighter than we remembered, and it wasn’t served hot enough for the meat to cook properly while eating. The noodle portion also seemed smaller than expected for a large. The spring rolls felt a bit too thin as well. I understand that prices have gone up, but I hope they can bring back more of the flavor and generous portions we used to enjoy. We really miss the warmth of the previous owner, and we hope to see the restaurant return to its former charm.

Have moved from Houston with a large Asian community. We were spoiled with excellent pho.
We had not found anything close to the small shops in the Asian areas of Houston in OKC till going to Pho Hieu. Saw the reviews and decided to make the drive and glad we did!
You really need to try this place!

We were really excited to have a new Vietnamese place right around the corner from our house. So we decided to try to go order the first piece of bad news came when the ordering site wouldn’t let us check out without giving a tip. From there, it was everything you would expect get a text message notification saying that the order will be ready in 10 to 20 minutes. Then get a message that the restaurant is working on the food. 20 minutes later I arrive at the restaurant to be told that the food is not ready so I wait another 20 minutes at this point I have requested a refund because I already paid a 10% tip on a $60 ticket and I’m still waiting 30 minutes later she wants to pressure me back saying I will have your food ready in 1015 minutes. Just go have another seat instead of processing the refund. Then they wanted to argue about the fact that the website does not push the tips through to them that you’re actually tipping the website that is putting the order in for you.
One hour later, no food have to go through a stupid Taco Bell. Just unbelievably rude short service my advice if you’re coming in to sit down in the restaurant, I’m sure you’ll have a really good time. The food smell amazing it smells so good in this restaurant and it looks really good too. But if you’re ordering a to go or pick up order Tred very carefully, very carefully.

Great first experience at Pho Hieu! Large menu selection. The Bun Bo Hue had good flavors, and the prices were affordable. The staff was friendly and attentive. Looking forward to coming back to try more dishes!

Took one whole hour to fulfill a carry out order. When we got home to prep it we found out they left a block of beef in it.

We went for the grand opening on Friday. It was packed but we had food on our table about 10-15min after ordering which is very reasonable with a full house. The food was pretty good.
Food might be good but service and timeliness is horrible if you are ordering on line —even if you order when they open! If it says 40 minutes it will be an hour!
