Ordered through GrubHub last night, my ordered was confirmed by the restaurant and then I found out at 7 p.m. buy the delivery driver that the restaurant is closed. If you have to be closed for whatever reason that's fine it is your restaurant, but common courtesy let other people know. That was a bummer for my family and inconvenience on the delivery driver.

The reviews and the hotel recommendation brought us here, we wished it hadn't. Hot and Sour soup, never arrived---scratch that! The orange chicken was vinegary tasting, not satisfying at all, ate very little of it. The Sa Pho Doc Biet was ok, just very light on flavor. I'm sure they must do much better based on the reviews, but not for us tonight.

THEY WERE SO NICE!!! Even though Google Maps said they only have take-out and delivery, They still let me and my friends dine-in!! The food was great and the best sushi I've ever had! 10/10 would recommend?

I do not recommend ordering from here. I ordered last night at 5pm and the food wasn't delivered until 6:30pm. It was cold, the rice was hard and chewy (old), and the meat entrees and sushi are not good quality. All of our food was cold except for the sushi that was room temp, and the drinks didn't have ice left they were so watered down. My husband had a stomach ache most of the night but thankfully I only took a few bites of mine before deciding to go and get Freddy's instead. I reached out to them and they are ignoring my messages and my request for our money back. I can see they have read the message and no response. Very disappointing experience.This was their response to my review:"Well first I am sorry for what is happening and it is not happen before because I am go with my server delivery food it is still hot till I hand the food to him and you know it is not only your food it is many people order that you can see I do that just not because I just want our neighbor money but they request me to do that and I really don’t care about your money 37 is nothing but it is make us really upset but thank you for your feed back I won’t delivery for your house anymore thanks a lot"I'm glad my $37 is nothing to them. I will gladly take my business elsewhere.Update: They did send our money back after saying, "And if you really want it for free you I will nicely give you that thank". Then they blocked me. It wasn't about getting free food. It was about the poor food/drink quality that made us sick and caused us to go and buy food somewhere else.

We placed a carry-out order tonight. It wasn't that busy, so there's no real excuse for what happened. We ordered four items on the menu and when I picked up, the staff member confirmed the contents of our meal - there were four containers so I had no reason to question it. When I got back to our hotel, it turned out that they neglected to include our spring rolls - the 4th box was because the lettuce roll was divided into 2 boxes. Not a huge deal, but not worth driving all the way back to get the missing item. I called in to have them credit the amount to my credit card but was told they wouldn't do that - I could have it added to my next order for free. I pointed out that I was from out of town and wouldn't be returning to Yukon in the foreseeable future but was still refused. I asked to speak to the manager but was told he had "stepped out." Okay, so for a $3.50 I'm not going to give this bad a review, but when we went to eat the food that we did get it turned out that the fried rice was nothing more than plain rice and the pad thai was as dry as popcorn. Add that all up and I'd say they earned my 2 stars. I was not impressed.

My wife and I visited this place for dinner this past weekend. The food is usually great, as well as the experience. Well this last time we went, as I was going to the restroom, I heard a dog barking and saw a lady holding what looked like a Chihuahua Mix dog IN THE KITCHEN! I was pretty grossed out and uncomfortable with the fact that there is a dog in the Kitchen being handles by employees after making my order. The server came and apologized saying that their dog sitter cancelled that day and that they had to take it with them to work. Why couldn't they keep it in a back room or in a car with the window cracked? We still ordered the food but were not very comfortable with the whole experience. Especially since periodically the dog kept barking randomly through out our time there. Rather unfortunate this happened because I used to love it there.

Service was great. But the food is just terrible. It is almost like they are trying to be really high end but are not succeeding with the food. Menu needs a lot of work for sure.
Forgot my egg drop soup, gave me Teryaki sticks instead of teryaki and rice, sushi was disgusting and when we called to complain they said sorry no refunds. Very rude and very bad service the whole order was wrong and they would not offer any solution even though i habe a reciept.

I can to pick a order up for my husband who is also in these reviews. They messed up the teriyaki chicken order, forgot our soup, the sushi was disgusting and we asked for a refund or future discount which we never do and even with the receipt and calling 10 minutes after we left they refused to be of any help or make it right then blamed us. Guess they don't honor our business or respect the fact the customer is always right even we where right? If I could score a zero here I would but the worst it let's you do is a one.

By far this is our favorite place for asian dishes. Specifically the soup dishes are awesome. Always fresh and friendly staff. They havent ever gotten my to-go order wrong. Give them a try!
