The pickle lemonade was gross, the fish sandwich was horrible, the pickle chicken and the pickle fries( chips) were good.

I ordered two chicken sandwiches. I was told it would be about five minutes, and was asked to park to the side and wait. No problem. After about 20ish minutes I went inside to check. When I asked, it turned out they hadn't started my order and said it would be another six minutes. When I asked for a refund the person who was apparently in charge took my receipt without saying anything, walked off, balled it up, and tossed it in the trash. He then walked over to the drive through window. When I asked the cashier what he was doing, he said he didn't know, he just worked there. After a short bit the person that took my receipt came back, handed me the refund and walked off, again without saying anything. Things happen, but I wouldn't even be typing this if someone at some point would have at least apologized for the waste of time.

Ordered online and they pulled me up to wait. I ordered tenders and they were hard and cut up like nuggets. Worst popeyes in America. I waited for old food. Wow.

Half of my food was missing. My order came with two regular sides plus I ordered a large red beans and rice and didn't get any of my sides. Also, dirty rice shouldn't have been discontinued. I'm from NOLA and Popeyes was better when Al Copeland ran it. I guess that's what happens when corporate America takes over. Also, ONION RINGS for a local is what made Popeyes so great. So disappointed 😞

Will never eat at this location- or any Popeye's- again when you have employee's calling customers a racist slur. Entire staff and manager should be fired.

Don’t go here. They’re incompetent and can’t even get an order right. And on top of that, they’re racist and like to call people the N word in front of customers.

Zero stars for Yukon, 1205Garth Brooks BLVD. Let us speak it out loud: my wife put in the order online for pick up 1 hour before we were able to show up, we get there and are asked to wait an additional 20 minutes for the order to be made. I said it's okay, we can warm the meal up, they said "well, we gave your order away. Can you wait an additional minutes for your fresh order?" Holy...well what are my options? Wife put in the order already, she paid already, do I really come home without the chicken? You guessed it, I stayed an additional 20 minutes so the employees inside did not end up giving my order away a second time. Never coming back, thanks for this experience!

I bought chicken today, it was not good at all. Apparently they fry the chicken in the same oil as they fry the shrimp, the chicken tastes like shrimp, very disappointing. I like shrimp, not the taste on my chicken. Needless to say, I tossed it out.

My kids love Popeyes's french fried, It's still crispy when we arrived home. Mashed potatoes, crispy chicken and coleslaw were fresh.

So why is the food cold???
We dined in at this location.
We were disgusted right off the bat as we noticed after we placed our order that an employee was eating a sandwich right where she was preparing our food, picking stuff off of it and making our food.
We sat down with our food and all of it was cold, not even warm.
Just gross all around.
Won’t be back.
