Ordered 3 meals through the drive thru, got one complete meal, one incomplete meal, and one completely missing kids meal. I was also charged for an extra side and drink that should have come with the kids meal. Couldn’t tell because the screen was broken. Chicken tenders were about 3 inches long and a quarter inch thick. Customer service offered me $15 as compensation if I got an online account with them. I will never be back.

Walk in to order employees chilling in the kitchen on their phone. Finally get someone to order…get this it’s 11:00 and hr after opening. Their chicken is frozen solid. Horrible wait staff and u shouldn’t be open if you don’t even have food and wanting people to wait 20-30 minutes to what’s supposed to be fast food. 2 people in there barely understood English much less. Do better. No wonder yall are always empty

This Popeyes is horrible just a bunch of nonchalant dudes standing around every time I come there. Customer service is a 1 out of 5. Every time I order sauce I’m getting charged for it but it’s never in the bag and to top it off they always claim “we don’t have any” never have hone, sweet heat heat or anything. If these dudes hate their jobs they should find something else to do

Terrible customer service. The attendant was rude and dismissive from the moment I ordered. When I asked for ghost pepper (which they didn’t have), instead of simply saying it was unavailable, he said “we don’t have it, and if you don’t want classic, bye.” Completely unprofessional.
I also asked about the blueberry lemonade that is still being advertised outside the store. He said they didn’t have it. When I pointed out that the sign should be taken down, he responded that I could get out of my car and take it off myself. That is unacceptable behavior for any employee.
It’s not the lack of menu items that earned this one star , it’s the attitude. If you don’t want to deal with customers, you shouldn’t be working the drive-thru. Management seriously needs to address this.

I made a mobile order. When I arrived at the restaurant I was asked if I could wait on my preorder for 12 more minutes.. which turned into 19. Just go to Morgan rd location. Don’t bother with this place.

How are yall a chicken place when most of the time yall are out of chicken seriously every other time. Rather it's wings or legs or breast. This is the worst location I swear! It doesn't matter if it's 11am, 12pm or 3pm. The other day I said, I'll wait.They said it'll be 7 minutes.It took a total of 15 minutes. Not to mention 2 months ago I decided okay, let me place an order.I live about 15 minutes away, It'll be ready, and wouldn't, you know, they didn't have any wings or any legs ready and I had to wait for my wings and get thighs for my kid

I didn't recieve any of my order and the total was $ charged to my card. Now this matter definitely needs to be resolved. First off the process that I have had to go through for a simple refund because YOUR store did not have the food to complete the order nor any reasonable substitutions is really tiresome. This process has shown me that I do not feel comfortable doing business with you if you can take my money and I have to fight so hard to get my money back when it's only fair. Then to add insult to injury you offer me less than a full refund to my credit card, that doesn't make me whole if I didn't even get any food. I'm not asking for double indemnity, just what makes this fair.

Honestly the worst customer service in Yukon! The term fast food is a joke! They take forever and they are rude! The Popeyes corporate should do a complete overhaul of this location!

I placed an order of 2 classical Cambos only 1 set of fries and I also ordered kids meal I didn’t get the toy or apple sauce or apple juice when I checked my order I was already on the highway this sucks paid 27.83 dollars for us not to get all our meal our check number was 4287 cashier Pedro i ordered 4:19 we got our meal 4:40 didn’t even apologize for the long wait
