Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

This location has messed up my DoorDash orders 100% of the time. My order is always correct when I go inside or when I go through the drive-thru. However, the times when I have either been too sick or too busy to order dinner in person, I use DoorDash. The first time, my drink was missing, which means that the drink was not given to the dasher with the order and the dasher also failed to check the details of the order I placed. No big deal, I got my refund for that. Second time, however, I ordered a Caniac combo and received a 3-piece meal somehow. That may have been the dasher's accident. Aside from that, however, there was no coleslaw in the box, I received a small amount of fries, and the 3 chicken tenders that I did have were over cooked and had a rubbery texture which has never happened to me before. I worked in fast food as a teenager. I understand that DoorDashes can and will pop up at the "worst" times when you are already busy. However, it needs to be understood that these are real customers who are ordering from your establishment. Each DoorDash order should be treated the same way you would treat the customer had they placed the order in person. If the influx of orders is too overwhelming and is affecting quality, consider dropping DoorDash. I realize that the employees are human and everyone makes mistakes sometimes, but if you cannot provide a service successfully, do not offer the service because it only causes frustration and inconvenience. Aside from this, I have had a good experience with the location and usually the quality is above and beyond.

Chicken was great. Fries were cold and not cooked all the way. When I told the person up front, she just rolled her eyes and said she'll get us fresh ones.

Chicken was okay but a little.pricey. the sauce at Chic fil A is definitely better. We ordered the Tailgate package with 25 fingers and 5 orders of fries

I went through the drive thru and was not given my two kids meals. Had to come all the way back from my house and go inside because the line for drive thru was around the building. When I told them they forgot my kids meals there wasn’t an apology at all and I asked for a drink she actually charged me. Unreal. The rest of my food was cold and gross by the time I got home again to eat.

Not sure what all the hype is about this place. The chicken is flavorless, greasy as hell. So greasy in fact that the breading hardly sticks to the chicken. Also the cuts of chicken are ALL wrong. Chicken strips should be cut cross grain not with the grain. Makes it easier to bite off clean. The Cane's sauce on the other hand is incredible. Zaxby's is where it's at.

First time here - great, light & fluffy coating on their moist delicious chicken tenders. Their secret sauce, slaw n Texas toast were the perfect touch.

Over all not too bad, seems like one of the busiest cane's around. Lines are long but usually moves fast. One of the fastest services around!

I've never actually been to a Raising Cane's before but it's decent or above average chicken. It's not a complaint at all, it's just the nature of fast food chicken. I love Popeyes, too, and I think the chicken itself is also above average. The restaurant was very clean and organized. I wanted to leave a review just for the woman who took my order tonight. I assume she was either a shift supervisor or manager, and if she isn't she deserves to be. I saw her very thoughtfully and cheerfully help the family who came in before me and then helped me with my order with a smile. Her excellent attitude and attentiveness shined. Thank you for being awesome

i get a box combo no coleslaw extra fries and EVERYTIME they barely give me any fries and i have to ask for extra. I have to go home and add my own salt to the fries they are barely salted and the sweet tea always taste unsweet. I tried to give them benefit of the doubt but its been everytime regardless if i go
Morning or day the staff just cant get it right.. hopefully someone will start caring soon its annoying
