Stopped by for a late dinner. Ordered two meals through the drive through, and was asked to wait in a parking space for my food. The employee told me it would be about three minutes. After 15 minutes, I had to go back through the drive through to get my food, which had seemingly been sitting for a while, because it was cold. No apologies or explanations from staff.

Well I normally go to raising Cane's but I decided to got here again because I like fried mushrooms, this gas not been the first bad encounter but it will be my last and I'm leaving this review to hopefully help the couple of ladies who absolutely don't want to be there at all Im not gonna put them on blast but there is two girls there who are not good at costumer service on carries my bag out by its one handle then pretty much shoves it in my window, the other one I ask for light ice in my tea because I don't like watered down tea mid meal and as I pull up I watch her fill my cup up to the top like I see ice cubes over the top before she can pour the tea that's not a big deal I tried to catch her before she poured the tea by honking my horn and waving but she didn't here which I doubt but anyways she comes to the window asking for my card telling me the purchase and I said I don't want all that ice I asked for light ice and she just stares at me with the are you dumb look rolls her eyes closes and shuts the window poor poor service from them the food is okay fries are normally not fresh but I'll be going to canes for now on

This is a favorite of my Brother's so I thought I would try it. I literally would have zero reason to return. I ordered three items. Received two and one of them was not even close to what I requested. After checking the bag, I had to walk in to get what I ordered. Another 10 mins and it was corrected. Chicken was great, fried mushrooms were worth the rave reviews, and the Brownie was excellent. Unfortunately, with all of the competition, I don't think it is worth going back.

We tried it for the first time today, and we got the All American Rejects special. It was a great way to try what they offer. Their banana pudding was great, and we plan to come back to try the Mac n cheese.
Food is always hot and fresh. The variety of sauces offered are full of flavor and very enjoyable. Fries are mid, but the Mac and cheese is really where it's at anyways.

It was my first time at this location and it was a very good experience. Tanner was very attentive, great customer service and kept the place really clean. Maryann was very helpful, great attitude, good vibes. The food was fresh and fast serving. Definitely worth checking it out. Definitely will come back. I am sure the back staff is also great. Sometimes they don't get enough credit.

I have made several trips to this location, I am hooked on the 5 for 5. The chicken tenders in the Lemon peppered dry rub and the honey bar b que wings and the deep fried mushrooms keep my family coming back for more. Then it's the service. I rate your customer service as a 100. Not once have I gone and someone was rude or the food was not on point. We will be back
