Very unprofessional manger here at this location. I'm Grubhub driver and I had an order to pick up from this location and when I got there they said that mobil order is turned off. So I showed them the order on my phone asked them to make it since customer was able to submit an order and most places will honor the order and since this was charged to customer. But this manger was too lazy to due anything about it and just casually says no. What is purpose for her duties if she thinks customers order is not her problem!!!! She Needs new prospective of her title!
Worse service ever ordered online and me and my friends went in and my friends who ordered after me got their drinks first and when I tried to explain the situation the lady was so rude saying there was a queue, when I had ordered my drinks before them and the lady was not listening to me and being very rude.

I was traveling to nw Oklahoma & as I got to Yukon I thought I will stop at Starbucks to get me a coffee. Praying it would help me stay awake the rest of the way home. As I walked in this upbeat confident guy I didn't get his name :( but he is so freaking friendly & says hello my friend welcome! What can I get you? I told him not sure but it needs to be strong enough to keep me awake till I get home. He immediately says I can make you anything & naming off some delicious options. There is nothing more impressive than a person who knows the job & does it well! I don't care what job you have. I know this angelic man was a blessing to me bc that delicious warm cup of coffee that he made did in fact keep me awake to make it home. I hope one day we cross paths again for my next cup of coffee! I appreciate you!

How can a Starbucks that charge a $7 for a medium coffee?Not baked.Break a $100 bill.I mean, what are we poor people?And we got 2 drinks and we got 2 drinks.So we paid $14 after taxes $20 for 2 cups of coffee and couldn't break a hundreddai bill and actually refused service to us.

Order the same thing every time and the differences between the drinks night and day different. Don't know what the problem is but that's the way Starbucks wants it to be. So I would adjust my expectations accordingly.
