I am extremely disappointed with the consistent service issues at this Starbucks location. After my matcha drink was made incorrectly, I called the store and was told I could return to have it remade. When my husband and I arrived, the employee we spoke with acted as though he had no idea what we were referencing, which felt dismissive and insinuated that we were being dishonest.

Even after that, my remade drink was still incorrect, as it was missing the extra scoops of matcha I had originally ordered and paid for. To make matters worse, my husband ordered a cortado with vanilla and was told they could only use “certain syrups,” which has never been an issue at other Starbucks locations and came across as either misinformation or unwillingness to accommodate a standard request.

This particular employee consistently has an attitude, and this location regularly makes mistakes without taking accountability or showing basic customer service. Convenience is no longer worth the frustration. We will be choosing to go to the Starbucks inside Target moving forward, as this drive-through location has repeatedly failed to meet even basic expectations.

Starbucks is known for quality and consistency. Unfortunately, this location does not reflect those standards.

The guy working the drive thru was very nice and who ever made my iced brown sugar shaken espresso did outstanding! It had the perfect amount of each flavor/ item.

Definitely a decent coffee I had a medicine ball from them when I was sick and it was amazing really helpful in the cold times definitely recommend but don't get the venti on that drink definitely get a small or grande since it's like a huge lemon drop drink but it definitely soothed my congestion and sore throat even cough. I don't think there is medice in it it's just ginger honey lemon tea but for some reason the heat made it soothing and worth it.

went in this morning and ordered online. shaken espresso with cold foam and went i got it the foam was non existent an the drink was so watered down and stood and waited for a barista to walk by to ask to remake me it and they didn’t.

The drinks here are always on point but for some reason every time I go in the baristas have an attitude and seems like they don’t want to help, I get not wanting to work but if I can tell that the employees don’t want to be there then what makes me want to be there.

Alex and Matt gave incredible customer service! Alex is there temporarily and will be running her own location soon, and I think she will do spectacularly! Matt did great at explaining my options and didn’t make me feel silly for not knowing some deals. I’ll be going here from now on, especially if I continue to be received with such kindness.

Quick stop here as I pass through, on my way to Pennsylvania.

They made my coffee order perfect and filled ice into my RTIC outback bottle with fast, friendly service.

Very unprofessional manger here at this location.
I'm Grubhub driver and I had an order to pick up from this location and when I got there they said that mobil order is turned off. So I showed them the order on my phone asked them to make it since customer was able to submit an order and most places will honor the order and since this was charged to customer. But this manger was too lazy to due anything about it and just casually says no. What is purpose for her duties if she thinks customers order is not her problem!!!! She Needs new prospective of her title!
